Costco Travel
The venue is roughly a 7 hour drive from San Diego, 6 hour drive from San Jose, 5.5 hour drive from San Francisco, and a 3 hour drive from the Reno/Tahoe airport. We have always had a great experience using Costco Travel to book our rental car. There most likely there won't be any snow or ice in October, but check the weather and book you vehicle accordingly. Reno–Tahoe International Airport (RNO)
The Reno airport is 150 miles, or roughly three hours north of the June Lake Loop. You will need to rent a car to get to June Lake from RNO. Let us know if you'd like help arranging or joining a carpool.

Mammoth Yosemite Airport (MMH)
The Mammoth Yosemite Airport is a small airport 25 miles or about 30 minutes south of the Double Eagle Resort. It's the closest airport to June Lake and will save you some driving. Alaska Airlines offers direct flights out of LAX during October. Friends and family may be able to pick you up from the airport if you arrange your pick up ahead of time.

This shuttle can pick you up at MMH and take you to and from the June Lake Loop.
