No. This is an adults-only wedding and we hope you can take the opportunity to take the night off.

What am I supposed to do with my kids?

We recommend Sierra Babysitters out of Mammoth if you need a sitter: www.sierrababysitters.com. We are happy to help you arrange childcare or provide a sitting location at the Double Eagle Resort if needed.

Only the persons whose names appear on the invite are invited. Thank you for your understanding.

Will there be a wedding at this open bar?

Answer

We will have two drink tickets for each guest which can be exchanged for a selection of beer and wine. A selection of well drinks and additional beer and wine will be available at the cocktail hour and reception for purchase. A full bar will be available at the Eagle's Nest Saloon adjacent to the cocktail hour and reception with drinks for purchase. Please save your dollars. An 18% gratuity has already been paid on all hosted drinks! Additional drinks can be purchased with cash or credit card.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

The ceremony is at 4 o'clock; seating, games, and refreshments will be available starting at 3:15.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Black Tie Optional: This means that a tuxedo isn't required, but the event is still formal enough for one to be appropriate. He should wear: A tuxedo or formal dark suit and tie or bowtie. She should wear: A long evening dress, dressy suit or formal cocktail-length dress.

Most of the availability at the resort has been booked for the weekend and the room block has ended. Call the front desk to make your reservation.

Is there parking at the wedding venue?

Yes. Guests and visitors can park in the Double Eagle Resort parking lot free of charge and leave your car overnight if needed. We encourage everyone to carpool.

Guests will be responsible for their transportation to and from the wedding. We encourage everyone to carpool and drink responsibly.

What will the weather be like?

Most likely dry, mild temperatures during the day, chilly to very cold at night. Bring some warm layers. Google: weather 93529
