Bald Mountain Hike

9:30 am - 12:00 pm

Athletic Wear, Hat, Sneakers or Hiking Boots, LOTS of water + sunscreen

This is a completely optional hike for those arriving on Wednesday and would like to do a hike with the bride and groom! Please note that mornings in Sun Valley can be chilly, so wear layers. The sun exposure in Sun Valley can also be deceiving, so we encourage lots of sunscreen. And lots of water and a protein bar are encouraged too. We will hike to the top of the gondola and ride it down (free to ride down). This hike is easy-moderate, but the sun can get you! Meet at the front of River Run Lodge at 9:15AM There is a free bus that runs every 30 minutes from Sun Valley Resort, Elkhorn, and Ketchum to River Run Lodge.

Pickleball Round Robin

12:00 pm - 2:00 pm

Athletic Attire: shorts, t-shirts, sneakers

We will be hosting an OPTIONAL pickleball round robin at the Elkhorn Village Pickleball Courts. Lite bites and lemonade will be provided. Pickleball racquets will be provided. The bride plays for fun and the groom takes pickleball very seriously, so all levels welcome! There is a free bus that runs every 30 minutes from Sun Valley Resort and Ketchum to Elkhorn Village (pickleball courts).

Ceremony + Cocktail Hour

5:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Mountain Formal: floor-length summer inspired gowns or formal maxi dresses, *Color and floral prints are encouraged*; Men black tie optional

Please arrive no later than 4:50 Shuttles leave promptly at 4:30pm from these 3 locations: Elkhorn Village Pickleball Courts, Hotel Ketchum, the front of Sun Valley Lodge *Please note it is a 3min walk from the Sun Valley Inn to the Sun Valley Lodge Return shuttles will be parked outside and can drop off anywhere in Sun Valley + Ketchum There is also free parking on the property *And please kindly refrain from wearing any cocktail length or short dresses* Women's Mountain Formal Inspiration: https://pin.it/2n1RO9V Men's Mountain Formal Inspiration: https://pin.it/gWVJaRA We recommend block heels as this event will take place outside on the grass and a light wrap for the evening. Gentle reminder that any colors close to white and silver are reserved for the bride.

Redfish Beach Day

10:00 am - 7:00 pm

Beach Attire: Wear beach cover-ups, swimsuits, sandals, and LOTS of sunscreen

For those who are still in town on Sunday there will be a provided bus that runs continuously throughout the day with pick-up at Sun Valley Lodge + Hotel Ketchum. Redfish Lake has been Alex's favorite place in the world since she was 8! We will be grilling and cooler with drinks provided. There is also a burger shack, lodge restaurant, and country store on Redfish property. 2 buses will be running continuously throughout the day Provided Transportation Schedule: Sun Valley Lodge/Hotel Ketchum/Elkhorn Village: 10:30am 11:30am 1:30pm 2:30pm Redfish back to Sun Valley Lodge/Hotel Ketchum/Elkhorn Village: 3pm 4pm 6pm 7pm ***Please note there is limited to no cell phone reception***
