Courtney and Ashley were in the same sorority in college! They didn't know each other well until senior year when Courtney moved into the apartment Ashley lived in and they became close very quickly since then! They became post-college roommates in an apartment where Xander, Ashley, Courtney, and her boyfriend Matt would all hang out. They all decided it would be fun to live together, so Ashley and Courtney convinced their boyfriends to all live in a big house together!
Emily Saurer

Emily is Ashley's younger sister. As kids, they were pretty inseparable and would often spend many nights creating a fort in their bunk beds, mixing different dry cereals in a bowl (as a better treat than popcorn), and watching My Scene Goes Hollywood and Mamma Mia about a thousand times-- which is when Ashley's love for Mamma Mia originated.
Sydney Sachs

Sydney and Ashley met in 8th grade through mutual friends! They became close very quickly, along with Sydney's twin sister Paige, and the "Three Muskateers" have been inseparable ever since. Throughout the years, they've had fun at countless cabin weekends, concerts, themed get-togethers, weekly happy hours, craft nights and many more adventures!
Paige Lorentzson

Ashley and Paige also met in 8th grade with Paige's twin sister Sydney! As the "Three Muskateers", the three of them have had lots of fun throughout the years planning baking nights, Treat Yo' Self / "Super" days, movie marathons and everything else on our yearly bucket lists. Ashley and Paige also lived together for a few months when Paige kindly let Ashley live in her guest room while Ashley figured out what she wanted her next step to be after college!
Olivia Simmons

Olivia and Ashley met each other in their sorority, Chi Omega, at the University of Minnesota. They became close friends when they lived together junior year of college, and really bonded when they attended the Ke$ha concert! They lived together senior year of college as well, and have stayed close ever since!
Adelae Gerten

Ashley and Adelae became close during their time together in their sorority, Chi Omega, at the University of Minnesota. They were quick friends and have stayed close throughout the years-- going on amazing trips to Mexico and Oregon together, and getting together for drinks, dinners and walks as often as they can!
Courtney Saurer

Courtney is Ashley's older sister, the oldest of the Saurer sisters. As kids, Ashley wanted to keep up with her older sister, and adopted a lot of the same hobbies and interests to spend time with her, like Neopets and Pokemon. As adults, Courtney made Ashley an aunt to Ella, the cutest, sweetest niece Ashley could ask for!
Grace Saurer

Grace is Ashley's baby sister, who was a fun surprise for the family 13 years ago! Ashley was 12 years old when Grace was born, and she was very excited to have a baby sister! Ashley frequently "babysat" Grace and helped take care of her, and it was a very cool experience to watch Grace hit all of the milestones and grow up.
Scott Simmons
Best Man
Scott is Xander's older (but shorter) brother and best man. Like all brothers, they had a close, but occasionally "violent" friendship growing up. Scott's passion for sports is a big reason for Xander's love for all things Seattle sports. They grew closest when Xander graduated from college and moved into Scott's house. They share a quirk for knowing random, obscure trivia which is cultivated from their weekends binging movies and TV shows. Scott's sense of humor, wit and generally calm demeanor were all passed on to Xander.
Nick Rubideaux
Groomsman
Nick is Xander's childhood best friend. They met before kindergarten when they joined the same little league baseball team. After a promising athletic start participating in the Little League World Series, Xander derailed Nick's future in baseball by getting him addicted to video games. A hobby they share to this day. Xander spent lots of his time at the Rubideaux household, where he always felt welcomed and like part of the family.
Kyle Wagner
Groomsman
Kyle and Xander became close while working together at Taco Time while in college at Western Washington University. They entertained/annoyed/confused countless late night drive thru customers with renditions of metal music, Disney songs and terrible impressions. They frequently game with each other online to keep the friendship strong and have a mutual love for football and movies.
Jordan Carpenter
Groomsman
Jordan and Xander became gaming friends through Kyle Wagner while Xander was attending college. Although they had never met in person, Jordan asked Xander to be a groomsman at his wedding in 2016. Ever since, they've shared a friendship based around their shared nerdy interests. Jordan is a skilled 3d printer and helped make custom Lord of the Rings bowls for Ashley and Xander's dog, Frodo.
Kyle McBarron
Groomsman
Kyle is Xander's older, but shorter stepbrother. He made the potentially awkward step brother relationship feel like a lifelong brotherhood by including Xander in late night garage ping pong matches and bowling nights with his friends. He and his brother Ryan share a passion for life, hard work and new experiences that has helped push Xander out of his shell and learn valuable life lessons.
Ryan McBarron
Groomsman
Ryan is Xander's stepbrother and the oldest of the McBarron/Simmons four SeaSons. Since their parents married, he has been a great brother and always willing to include Xander in all big events. Although they have many different hobbies, Xander is grateful for the strong example Ryan set with working hard and dedicated friendships.
Sean Hodgins
Groomsman
Sean is Xander's cousin. Their childhood competition to be the tallest, and favorite grandchild was conclusively won by Sean, though Xander is the objectively better gamer. They bond over the Mariners, video games and the nostalgia of their Grandma Helen's one of a kind snickerdoodle cookies.
Tate Simmons
Groomsman
Tate and Xander met through Ashley and Olivia, his wife. Tate and Ashley were close friends in college, she was often the third wheel with Olivia and Tate, and once Ashley and Xander began dating, Tate and Xander became quick friends! Xander and Tate share a last name and a love for board games and video games.
Matt Hilla
Groomsman
Matt and Xander met through Ashley and Courtney Kavanaugh, his girlfriend and they became quick friends! Eventually, they even became roommates together with their girlfriends as the four of them shared a house. They share a passion for video games, board games, Star Wars and Marvel.
