Flight Information

For those traveling to Washington from another state, there are a couple of flight options that you will want to consider. To Seattle-Tacoma Airport: Most guests flying from out of state will likely choose to fly to Seattle. Once in Seattle, it is about a 3.5 hour drive to Chelan, WA. There are several car rental options at the airport. To Pangborn Airport (Wenatchee, WA): There is a small airport in Wenatchee, WA which is about 45 minutes away from Chelan. The only airline that flies here is Alaskan. They do have car rentals available at the airport through Hertz and Enterprise.

Hotel Information

Hotels in Chelan would not let us book a block of rooms without hosting our wedding there, so we do not have a block to offer. However, there are several wonderful hotels in Chelan to stay at, and we have listed a few recommendations below for you to look into and decide if you'd like to book there. Hotels will begin booking for next August this October 2022, and we've been advised that they are typically fully booked by the end of Winter for the upcoming summer. Because of this, we recommend you book your lodgings as soon as possible within October 2022-February 2023.

This is a probably the most popular hotel in Chelan. Featuring a resort, it has access to the beach/lake and many lovely rooms!

Vacation Home Rentals

If you'd prefer to rent out a vacation home rather than a hotel room, we recommend searching AirBnB or Vrbo for an option that will best fit your needs. There is also a vacation home rental community called The Lookout, where the bridal parties will be renting vacation homes for the wedding.
