John Wayne Airport (SNA)
John Wayne Airport (SNA) is definitely the most convenient airport option, as it's only 12 miles from our home and the wedding venue. If you are flying into SNA and planning on staying at the DoubleTree (see below), the hotel has a complimentary airport shuttle available for guests. If you are flying into SNA and are not planning on renting a car and/or have alternate accommodations arranged, please let us know and we'll be happy to pick you up from the airport!

Los Angeles Airport (LAX)
LAX is a much larger airport with many more flight options than John Wayne. Though only 50 miles from our home and the wedding venue, traffic can make the drive a bit of a slog! If you're flying into LAX and not planning on renting a car at the airport, please let us know so that we can help to arrange transportation for you. We have several family members who live in the greater Los Angeles area, and we are happy to arrange carpools and other modes of transportation.

We have reserved a block of rooms at the DoubleTree in nearby Irvine. They have a free shuttle to and from John Wayne Airport (SNA), are pet friendly, and are close to several dining and entertainment options! Doesn't look like the hotel will meet your needs? Would you rather stay further away, but right on the beach? Let us know if we can support you with finding alternative accommodation, such as a vacation or apartment rental! Note that things can be a little tricky here, since Airbnb can't legally operate in Irvine, so some properties listed in Lake Forest are in reality located in Irvine.
