As you enter The Penn Club of New York, you'll discover a refined living room, also known as the Tarnopol Room, with ambient lighting, vintage decor, and comfortable furniture. The building also provides a luxurious suite to freshen up or unwind before each event. The handsome and comfortable facilities of the Franklin Living Room as well as the soaring spaces of our formal dining room on the second floor are provided for the use of member wedding receptions of 100 to 140 guests.
