The Gilmore houses several spaces, including The Mercury Room, the Twilight Lounge, the Grand Luxe Ballroom, and the Garden Terrace. Catering and bar services are provided in-house exclusively by West Michigan's premier catering and bar service, Gilmore Catering. With an array of food and beverage options to choose from, your guests will be artfully entertained with a culinary experience like no other. Choose from buffet, plated, family style or strolling dinner stations. With a vast selection of beer, wine, and cocktails, let our team create a custom bar menu that's sure to dazzle your guests.
