I am Kimberly Hibbard. Why am I a photographer? After I graduated from Eastern Michigan University with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and Hearing-Impaired Education, I didn't plan to be a photographer until one day. I picked up my camera and took some random pictures. I posted some pictures on FB and several friends told me, "Girl! Seriously, you need to start a photography business and I need a family session! " Here I am. I have been doing it for seven years now, over 100 weddings and I love it!! I have amazing clients and I consider them to be family.

Another fun fact about myself is that I am Hearing Impaired, and my modes of communication are Lip reading and Oral. It was discovered that I was hearing impaired when I was about two years old. Growing up, I have always been very in tune to the visual world, due to my hearing loss. This helps me to be a better photographer.

    Kim is truly amazing to work with!!! She communicated with us all through the process of making appointments for photos and going over all of the photos we wanted for our wedding. Each photo we received is beautiful and she captured all the love in every single shot. The quality of her photos are outstanding! She offers an engagement session with her books and includes a second photographer which means you can so many photos from different angles and perspectives. I cannot recommend Kim enough! She captured our wedding day so perfectly.

    Kim is an excellent photographer. Her prices are GREAT for what they include! We first used her for our wedding photos and 3 years later we use her for our family photos 1-2 a year! She usually gives you options of what style you would like the photos edited and there’s a ton of photos! I am seriously so glad I went with her! I feel like she does this out of passion and doesn’t price gauge which I appreciate while she is still taking a decent amount home.
