About this venue
The farm, consisting of 135 acres has been in the family for 8 generations. Our farm was homesteaded in 1831 by David & Elizabeth Firestone. The bank barn was built in the mid-1800's. Ted, grandson of Chester & Ester Firestone, along with myself, have lived on the farm for the past 35 years.

The Barn
FHJ Events’ barn is set upon majestic pastureland whose vibrant plains stretch beyond the horizon. It is a place of serene calm.
The barn itself is a spacious setting for a celebration of up to 200 loved ones. Inside a large central area reaches lofty heights for an airy and roomy setting in which to host a reception. The barn is a true country setting from top to bottom and is an ideal backdrop for a wedding photoshoot with character. As night falls, guests can dance under the warm glow of string lighting or gather around the fire ring to converse. There is ample parking for guests arriving by car.
