The Kansas City Room—the larger of the two venues—accommodates up to 300 guests and features a generous dance floor, a full-sized bar, and a custom mural celebrating the city’s iconic skyline, creating a memorable backdrop for your celebration. For a more intimate event, The Station offers a modern and sophisticated atmosphere with seating for up to 175 guests. With its soaring ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows, the room is bathed in natural light, creating a warm and welcoming environment. To complete the experience, the venue offers elegant overnight suites and dedicated get-ready rooms for the wedding party—ensuring comfort and convenience throughout your big day.

    This venue was absolutely perfect for our late October wedding! We loved the iconic KC mural, which added a unique and local touch to our celebration. The setup process was seamless, and the outdoor spaces, complete with heaters and a fire pit, created the perfect atmosphere for a cool fall evening. The space easily accommodated our 200 guests while still leaving plenty of room for our photo booth, dance floor, and even a separate area for kids to play. We also appreciated that the venue was wheelchair accessible, making it easy for all of our guests to enjoy the event. The bridal suite, overnight rooms, and well-equipped catering kitchen made everything incredibly convenient and stress-free for us. The only minor inconvenience was that our contact person changed a few times in the months leading up to the wedding, which required some extra coordination. However, everything came together beautifully, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate our special day!

    Mackenzie, Taylor, and the rest of their team were phenomenal to work with! There were hiccups beyond our control at a wedding, and they rolled with the punches, adapted as need be, and made sure to take care of the bride, groom, and their guests the entire time. On top of that, the space (The Kansas City Room) is beautiful, versatile, and the suites in the back are a HUGE bonus to make your wedding weekend more seamless and relaxed.
