Uncorked Occasions is based out of historic St. Augustine, Florida and specializes in Wedding and Event Coordination locally, nationally and internationally. With a combined focus on logistics, design and overall guest experience, we strive to execute your vision while making the planning process effortless and enjoyable for you!     We are beyond grateful with Uncorked staff for making our wedding day how we envision. Sarah was the wedding planner and day of coordination. She is an amazing human being, hard working young girl, honest, professional and with top-notch organizational skills. Britney the owner was part of the initial consultation and we were fortunate to have her also present on the big day bringing our vision to life. Logan assisted us during the day, she was so attentive to our needs with such a calm and caring demeanor. Manon was absolutely amazing with our guests and so caring with the kids that our guests were praising her. I included their names, to convey the message that Uncorked staff would treat you with such grace and loving presence that feels like friends/family are by your side helping you throughout the day. Their goal is making your day memorable. From start to finish, they exceeded all expectations. Sarah’s communication skills are excellent, always responsive and gave reassurance when I needed it most alleviating any stress. She understood our vision and seamlessly coordinated every aspect of the wedding, from vendor selection to timeline management. Sarah worked the extra mile to helped us stay within budget while delivering everything we dreamed of. They incorporated all our personal and cultural touches in a cohesive manner with the rest of the decore, helping to create a space that felt uniquely ours. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and creative vision were invaluable to made the entire planning process a joy. On the big day, the staff was calm, efficient, and in control, ensuring everything ran smoothly. They handled all logistics, from the ceremony to the reception, allowing us and our families to relax and enjoy every moment. Their dedication, expertise, and passion for their work were evident in everything they did. We couldn’t have asked for a better partner in planning our day and we wouldn’t accomplished our dream wedding without them.     Brittany and her staff are beyond amazing. She attended meetings with us, guided us in making decisions, gave us resources to find vendors and items on our own, when needed. She bent over backwards for us, when the industry was coming out of Covid to find venues that would accommodate our needs and wants. She can turn on a dime when faced with an obstacle. There is not enough space here to list the number of reasons that she and her team are incredible at what they do. Sometimes they are slow to respond, but after working with her, rest assured that it is because they are giving another bride the same attention they will give you! 20 out of 10 recommend. - MOB

    Brittany is, quite literally, a miracle worker. Our venue flooded the day before the wedding (shout out to Hurricane Nicole) and that sweet girl took such good care of us. I'm certain we did not pay her enough-- she worked with the venue owner, my dad, me, my vendors, and her personal connections to give us the perfect day. She kept her cool so well-- speaking with her was so reassuring and comforting. We were even looking at a possible venue change, and she just took it in stride! Prior to the final 30 days, Brittany touched base with me several times to nail down details and to give me insight for hiring certain vendors. She is so helpful and has such good relationships with everyone in the industry! I felt a little overwhelmed going into the last month, but she was so reassuring and also was on top of everything. I would trust her with my life! The wedding itself was amazing. Brittany constantly checked in to make sure we were enjoying ourselves, eating, feeling good, etc. which I so appreciated! I have a hard time believing that there is someone out there better at this than Brittany. She's good at her job, but she's also a kind, compassionate person. I just adore her and am so grateful to have worked with her.
