We are event professionals with over 20+ years of hospitality experience. We are based in the Triangle area of North Carolina but also do business in the Southeastern part of the state and the surrounding areas.

We specialize in providing staff for special events in venues or private residences. Our services include waitstaff, bartenders, event coordinators/decorations, and banquet managers. We're here to fill in the gaps when your caterer or venue falls short!

Description	Our event planning services include venue/vendor selection, contract negotiation, design/decor selection, and email/phone correspondence.	Our microwedding services include a mix of event planning and day or coordination. Our rates are hourly so you can select as much or as little planning and coordination services as needed for your event.	Our day-of-coordination services are tailored to your wedding day needs. You can select as much or as little support as your event requires. Our rates are billed hourly and not packaged so that you capture the services needed on your big day.	Planning services are priced hourly with a minimum of 4 hours of service required. These services can be combined with coordination and decorating services to accommodate events or all sizes.

I highly recommend using this Company. Danielle is very helpful, resourceful, and innovative. She was very collaborative with the ideas I had and she would share her ideas as well. She would give her professional opinion about everything that I struggled with (I'm super indecisive), to put things into perspective. Needless to say, I was trying to plan my own wedding and my friend recommended me looking into this company because sometimes when you are trying to take on such a big task, you do not realize very small details that really matter and can make a difference. Which I am beyond pleased I went with this company, because Danielle really helped me through it.

We do not take on multiple weddings in a day but take various weddings on a weekend, depending on size and complexity. For example, we will coordinate a micro wedding and a 150-200 person wedding but not two 100+ weddings on the same weekend.

Yes, we provide planning services for all event types including private parties, baby showers, and holiday parties.

We are a team of 6. I serve as the planning and coordinator while my staff provides support during large events. This support can include event managers, waitstaff, decorating help, and bartending.

The majority of our brides come to us for Day of Coordination services. These weddings can be partially or fully planned when we step in to provide support. For a partially planned wedding, you can choose 1-2 months of planning help leading up to your wedding date. We schedule weekly phone calls to review vendor information and discuss your plans and details. A fully planned wedding means I am executing your timeline and details. We will schedule 2 calls in the weeks before your wedding date with an optional venue walk-through. This option is best for small intimate weddings with 2-3 vendors and a small wedding party.

This depends on the level of service your wedding requires; a partially planned wedding versus a fully planned wedding but most often 1-3 months is the normal timeframe for Day of Coordination services.
