Kameron & Mikaela are the duo you need for any event planning needs. I have worked with these two on multiple different occasions, spanning almost 10 years. Their attention to detail, effective communication, and passion for each and every one of their clients is undeniable. I had the pleasure of working with Kameron and Mikaela on their website creation and other marketing pieces! The Timeless Ties girls had great communication and always made me feel like I was in the loop. I was never scared or hesitant to ask questions or go more in depth with them! I have also had the pleasure of attending events put on by Timeless Ties Event Company. Blown away is an understatement. The organization and coordination provided made the magically day seem even easier and better than imaginable! Love them and couldn’t recommend them more!!

Of course! We’re happy to pick up where you left off and coordinate with any of your current vendors to ensure no detail is unaccounted for as your wedding vision comes to life. We also have a list of preferred vendors. So if there are vendors you’re still looking to contract, we’re happy to curate a list of potential options that match your budget, aesthetic, and personality.

Our goal is to be there for you throughout the entire process. You are able to schedule meetings and phone calls as needed, although we will be regularly checking in to ensure that everything is going smoothly, and no issues arise. In order to provide you with the best level of service, we have guidelines in place to streamline the communication process. This is to ensure whenever you reach out we can respond with our full attention and make note of any important details mentioned during our conversation.

A retainer is due upon signing the contract to secure your date. Depending on the package you choose, the remaining balance will be split up throughout the planning process with the final balance due before the wedding day.
