Starling is a multi-disciplinary creative studio focusing on day-of coordination, event planning, florals, and event design. Our approach to each client is through supportive direction, thoughtful curation, and personalized care. We are a team of industry professionals, highly trained coordinators, and designers who are ready to collaborate with our clients to create beautiful, bold, and memorable experiences through purposeful design solutions.

Starling is the in-house event coordination and planning team for Brooklyn venues 501 Union and The Green Building. Our team is available to coordinate and execute events in all five boroughs, Upstate New York, and beyond!

Description

Full Wedding Planning is ideal for the client who would like assistance from the very beginning of the planning process. We will collaborate with you and your soon-to-be spouse to create a custom and unique planning and event experience

Partial Planning is a great fit for the couple who have set a date, secured their venue, and have one or two additional key vendors locked in but need support finalizing their vision

Day-of Coordination begins approximately 2 months prior to your wedding date after you’ve planned the celebration that is representative of you and your soon-to-be-spouse! You’ve found the perfect venue, secured your key vendors, and are ready to finalize the details.

    Working with Starling was one of the best decisions we made at the beginning of our wedding planning process. We were paired with Ashley who was an absolute pleasure to work with. She kept us organized and recommended excellent vendors. As our wedding day got closer, she took over all communication with our vendors. Having her as our day-of-coordinator with an assistant, she managed our vendors, ensured the whole evening went smoothly and helped us stick to our timeline. Its also important to mention that on our wedding day, NYC was in a state of emergency due to extreme rain and flash flooding. It was a pretty stressful morning but Ashley kept us calm and ensured that our wedding moved forward as planned. We had such a fun night despite the crazy weather and were able to enjoy our evening without worrying about the little details. We cannot recommend Starling enough!!
