Hi! My name is Caroline and I am located in Telluride after having lived in Vail & Aspen. La Vie Adeux allows me to offer services in these beautiful mountain locations to accommodate couples in all stages of the planning process. Devoted to capturing my couple's vision for the big day and bringing it to life, I take pride in taking every step with expert organization and flawless timing, always going above and beyond.

Originally from France, I was ecstatic to incorporate my background and maiden name in my company name “La Vie Adeux”, meaning “Life Together”. This influence steers me in a more sustainable approach to luxury weddings, always trying to reuse florals as much as possible and striving for less waste, always. With La Vie Adeux I offer month-of coordination, partial and and full-service event planning packages (let’s chat about what’s best for you!) for all events, whether corporate retreats or weddings.

Let me create an event that is uniquely you from start to finish! After thoroughly consulting through all preferences, vision & decor details, your guests’ experience and connecting you with the best vendors in the area you can sit back and enjoy your engagement as we will do everything we can for you (sorry I can’t try on your wedding dress for you or pick your first dance song!) making sure you are as involved as you wish to be.

Are you fully planning your wedding and taking care of your invitations and vision but need help with vendor recommendations and additional logistics? Let me answer any questions to make sure you are on track during monthly check-ins while you handle the vendor communication until 60 days prior to your wedding day. I can review all contracts and advise on the perfect timeline before I take over all vendor communication.

Customizable and suitable for the highly organized bride who wants to do it herself but doesn’t want to put her friends and family to work during the final month and on the big day. Includes 1 initial consultation 45 days prior to the wedding day and unlimited emails during this time. Includes review of custom timeline and coordination of all vendor setup & breakdown along with meticulously going through all details.

    If you are like me you want to have a wedding planner that is somehow Type A, but fun and laid back. Someone with an eye for detail, super organized, dependable, but also goes with the flow and never gets visibly stressed. I have worked with Caroline many times and absolutely adore her and her staff. If I could share in the joy of every wedding I shoot with Caroline I would be thrilled. She is a true gem. I highly recommend La Vie Adeux to all in search of wedding planning. I have a very short vendor list and an even shorter wedding planner list- as good planners are hard to come by!

    Caroline was better than I could have hoped for as a wedding planner. She was on top of every detail and helped me plan the wedding of my dreams (considering I didn't know what that was going into it!). She is outstanding at her job, and I would highly recommend her to anyone wanting to make their day go flawless and stress free.

    I cannot say enough wonderful things about Caroline and her assistant Alex. Having very high expectations, Caroline exceeded them all with her professionalism, attention to detail, follow-thru, and gracious demeanor. She listens attentively, suggests and then executes- plus vendors (&clients) love working with her because she is Incredibly organized. She anticipates & discusses every possible scenario & knows how to resolve them all based upon her vast experience and wealth of resources. Our Vail destination wedding was just perfect and she enabled us to feel confident that we could be guests at our own wedding without worry. She & Alex were truly a pleasure to work with and I would hire them again without any hesitation!

    To start, full disclosure, I'm a wedding planner. Which is how I know Caroline is one of the best around. She worked as an assistant for me before she started her own company, and her attention to detail was as meticulous as if she was working for herself. Caroline's background in high-end catering means she sets expectations high, and she knows the right questions to ask. She has the kind of logical brain that makes her focused and efficient.
