Amazing Experience with Finishing Touch

My wife and I worked with Finishing Touch for our wedding in March 2024. I can't say enough great things about the quality of work and expertise Sandra and her team had from start to finish. One of the most remarkable aspects of our experience was the impeccable organization and coordination. Every element of our wedding, from the food vendor to the floral arrangements, was meticulously planned and flawlessly executed. During the wedding day I didn't even have to think, Sandra and her team had everything outlined and prepared. There was a moment where we sat down at our Sweetheart table to start the main reception and I had a thought, "I need to head to the bar to get myself and wife a drink." Right at the end of that thought I had one of her staff deliver us our plates of dinner along and asked what drinks we wanted. Within what felt like seconds our cocktails magically appeared. I know it's small but at that moment we felt pretty darn spoiled and taken care of. Because Sandra and her team were so attentive it really allowed us to fully immerse ourselves in the joy of our Big Day. Also big shout out to Sandra for helping us resolve a small family situation. We had a service drop off our Chinese Grandma (94 years old) but they dropped her off like 45 mins early at the venue while we were taking pictures elsewhere. Grandma was with a family member who doesn't speak Cantonese so they were both confused on what to do and where to go. Sandra rushed over to them and spoke to Grandma in Cantonese and handled the situation. That's the level of care you'll get from Finishing Touch. Thank you again Sandra and Team for making our day so memorable and smooth!

Sandra and her team at Finishing Touch are absolutely phenomenal! As a couple who was planning a wedding remotely (we are based in California), deciding to go with Sandra was the best decision for our wedding planning process by far. We can't express how grateful we are for her expertise and support. From our very first meeting, Sandra's warmth and professionalism put us at ease. Her attention to detail is unparalleled, and she has an incredible knack for bringing even the vaguest ideas (e.g. disco balls, late night munchies, afterparty ideas, etc.) to life and making our wedding vision a reality. Throughout the planning process, Sandra was always available to answer questions, offer suggestions, and calm our nerves. She has an extensive network of pre-vetted vendors and was able to connect us with top-notch professionals who perfectly matched our vision and budget. Her ability to negotiate and coordinate with vendors saved us both time and money. On the day of our wedding, everything ran like clockwork thanks to Sandra and her team. They handled every little detail, from setting up decorations to coordinating with vendors, allowing us to relax and fully enjoy our special day with each other, our wedding party, and our guests. The event was even more beautiful than we had imagined, and our guests are still raving about how perfect the wedding was. What truly sets Sandra apart is her genuine care for her clients. She took the time to understand our personalities and preferences, ensuring that every aspect of our wedding reflected who we are as a couple. She was able to adapt and handle last minute changes that we (or our guests) threw at her and her team. My husband and I got married in March 2024 on Oahu and Sandra and her team at Finishing Touch helped us plan the perfect welcome dinner and wedding! From the start we were impressed with Sandra's professionalism, expertise and calming presence. Neither of us have any experience with event planning, let alone planning a destination wedding(!!), but Sandra and team made everything easy and FUN. They took our vision for the wedding and made it even better than we could have imagined. They recommended the BEST vendors and helped us coordinate with all of them both prior to the wedding and day of, which was a huge help. Many of my bridesmaids commented on how this was the most organized and relaxed wedding they were a part of and that is all thanks to Sandra! We cannot thank Finishing Touch enough and now that our wedding is over I will genuinely miss our interactions with Sandra and her team. If you are planning a wedding in Hawaii the first thing you should do is hire Finishing Touch!
