This team of passionate, personable, and detail-oriented professionals is dedicated to helping you create the celebration of your dreams. They will help you craft an experience that reflects who you and your partner have been, who you are now, and who you are becoming. They strive to alleviate any stress so that at the main event you can relax with loved ones and enjoy the festivities.

Founder and senior coordinator Sarah’s passion for hospitality began when she helped her family run an inn in the Italian Dolomites. She has many years of experience in the wedding industry as a planner at a boutique event company and the University of Colorado’s historic venue. When starting Delilah Wedding and Event Planning, this coordinator put together a friendly and hardworking team to help pull off exquisite celebrations of love. They have now organized over 98 nuptials and continue to bring their bespoke services to Boulder, Denver and beyond.

In our Partial Service package, we act as a resource for you throughout the entire planning process. We’ll provide recommendations, review contracts and proposals, and ensure you're staying on track.

    Sarah and her team at Delilah Wedding and Event Planning were a dream to work with while planning our wedding. Communication was open, easy, and wonderful throughout the entire process. Sarah was extremely organized, detail-oriented, and honest when providing recommendations on vendors and managing the event timeline and budget. Her amazing attention to detail and stress-free approach made our wedding day truly seamless and perfect. Sarah is an angel who ensured everything flowed smoothly so my husband and I could relax and enjoy our special day. The months leading up to the wedding, Sarah kept us on track with planning deadlines and gently reminded us of any outstanding tasks. She made the entire planning process easy and enjoyable.     We were so happy to have Sarah to help us plan our wedding in Estes Park. She was sweet and so organized and helped us keep track of every detail. We were planning this wedding from afar and it was so helpful to have someone on the ground that knew the area so well. Sarah was also so easy to communicate with at every stage of the process. I think hiring her was one of the best wedding planning decisions we made.

    Sarah and her team were absolutely fantastic! We elected to have her as a day of coordinator but we got so much more than that! She met with us several times leading up to the wedding making sure we were on task with our to dos, she coordinated everything with our vendors, and juggled all the moving pieces for the big day. We had a theme for our rehearsal and Sarah and her team dressed up with us! She fully committed to making our big day as magical as possible and I could not sing her praises enough. 10000/10 recommend! Sarah thank you for everything you did, we are still getting compliments on how amazing and fun the wedding was and that would not have been possible without you! 3 3 3
