From your rehearsal dinner to your last dance, we will make sure each element of your wedding weekend exceeds your expectations.

After her own wedding, owner Claudia was inspired to give other soon-to-be-weds the same personalized assistance that her coordinator gave her. With her problem-solving skills and sharp attention to detail, she will be ready to organize each element of your celebration. She is happy to travel to venues throughout Orange County and can organize events of various sizes.

    Being a designer, I ended up turning into a bride with a very specific vision for our wedding day. Even so, I was unprepared for all the excruciatingly small yet big details that surround wedding planning. The person who helped all our DIY ideas, our jam-packed wedding timeline, and all our hopes and dreams for the day come together was Claudia. We hired Claudia as our day-of coordinator, but she was way more than that. She felt like our number one cheerleader who exchanged ideas/ suggestions with us months before the wedding. She was our most responsive and detailed vendor. We felt so safe and confident in her hands. She has an effortlessly warm yet confident presence that helps anyone, from Type A brides to chill-as-a-cucumber couples, feel at ease. On the day of our wedding, I felt incredibly calm because I knew Claudia had everything under control. One moment that stood out to me was Claudia decorating our sweetheart table with the bridesmaids’ bouquets. This was unplanned, but she quickly wove the bouquets in between some candles to make the table look more vibrant and full. Our reception photos ended up stunning thanks to this last-minute suggestion/change. Another moment was when Claudia talked to me before the ceremony began. She chatted with me and shared a pic of her own wedding dress that looked very similar to mine. It was a simple, playful moment, but it did wonders in helping me regulate my nerves and make me feel confident about walking down the aisle. All throughout our time with Claudia, she was professional, but she also felt like a good friend. Several guests noted how our wedding was the most beautiful and heartfelt wedding they had ever been to. I truly believe this was thanks to Claudia. I can’t recommend her enough. We will always remember her as someone who made our dreams come true.

    Claudia went above and beyond to ensure our wedding day was amazing! Even with hurricane Hillary happening (our wedding was on Sunday 8/20/23) she worked with our venue to make the day perfect. She was not only available to us the day of the wedding, but was also available to us throughout the entire process. We were able to reach out to her for advice on wedding ideas, and she had very helpful suggestions. After the reception, she made sure everyone was on task and even helped with all the packing and organizing before our departure. We HIGHLY recommend her. Thanks for everything Claudia!!

    We got married in March of 2024 at the Ebell Club of Santa Ana. We’re so lucky that someone as thoughtful and organized as Claudia was our wedding coordinator. As a husband/wife duo who manage the execution of films and commercials for a living, we had high expectations for the coordinator of our own wedding. We’re glad to say that Claudia did not disappoint us once in the 9 months that we worked together! (Honestly, we were impressed since Day 1, when she shared with us that her past profession was in the Quality Assurance field.) Claudia was detail-oriented, punctual, and communicative the entire time. For a "day-of" wedding coordinator, she absolutely went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable wedding. We are so grateful to her and can’t recommend her enough for anyone who’s looking.
