Though it is a young venture, these ladies are certainly pros, taking their many years of service in the wedding industry into consideration. Big Sky Wedding Planning strives to make your wedding day beyond perfect. Betsy and Hope combined have over a decade of wedding service experience, from being an amazing DJ to creating a delectable wedding cake, from being the fun bartender to styling the picture perfect hair for walking down the aisle. Betsy and Hope will help make your wedding as perfect as possible.

I graduated with honors from art school, earning a Bachelor Degree. So I have an eye for detail and aesthetics. I truly care about our couples and try to read their needs and wants. My goal is to provide the perfect day without stress.

Big Sky Wedding Planning was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. Their communication was always quick, informative and helpful, putting my mind at ease throughout the entire planning process. They took their job incredibly seriously, transforming my vision into reality and seamlessly coordinating with all of our vendors to ensure they stayed out of our way on the big day. Betsy brought my Pinterest board to life in the most beautiful way, making me feel so happy and comfortable leading up to and on our wedding day. I cannot recommend Big Sky Wedding Planning highly enough - they truly made our special day perfect in every way.

There are always two of us on your special day. I am your lead coordinator, and my assistant takes direction well, working throughout the whole event as a team.

We only take one wedding on in a day, though there is a possibility of us booking one the next day (ONLY if this wedding has booked us as single day coordinators); this is very rare however.

As much time as needed. We want our couples to feel comfortable and taken care of, and if that requires multiple phone calls, numerous emails back and forth, and many in-person or video call visits, it's totally OK.

We have planned elopements, rehearsal dinners, and birthday parties. We are happy to help with any event.
