Hi, I'm Kevin. I love capturing my images with natural light and my favorite time in the day for it would be sunrise and sunset. That's my motivation for my photography. When I'm not photographing weddings, I take pictures in the back of the eye. Yup, you heard me right! I'm also an ophthalmology photographer whom capture images in the back of the eye for pathology studies.

I'm an award winning wedding photographer from WPPI. Judges from the panel had stated that I have great use of colors to express my images. Aside from that, I love to document weddings in photojournalism style. Every wedding is different and each image has an unique meaning. It is not something that can be stage in each wedding.

    We couldn’t have been happier with the photos Kevin took. It was an absolute pleasure working with Kevin and Scarlet. Kevin took amazing shots and directed us masterfully. Our photos were outstanding and we felt very at ease working with Kevin. We received our preview and wedding photos within a month. We are so fortunate to have been able to have Kevin as our photographer!!

    Kevin is great. He and his team replies to our messages and emails pretty fast with the answers that we needed. He gives lots of cues and direction on posing during group photos and couple photos. In a way not too poses like you have to hold still. He does it in a way that you are moving. The photos are natural and represent who we are. The color that he edits are great and timeless. When our timeline was running late, he would step in and suggest what we should do and cut some of the photo part that we originally had. I agreed on it because of the time and capture the important parts for us. I was planning to get few more couple photos at a certain spot but time wasn't in my favor. We love how he work things around and the photos just blows it away. We love looking at them and I received lots of compliments of the photos i shared. would def recommend him and his team.

    Kevin Koo Photography did an outstanding job with our engagement photo session in Brooklyn DUMBO and near the Brooklyn Bridge. my fiancé and I aren’t very used to taking photos or posing, but Kevin made us feel comfortable by giving us clear cues and guiding us throughout the session. The photos turned out fantastic and look very natural. Kevin was always quick to respond to our inquiries, and we received our photos within a week and half of the photo session. I highly recommend Kevin Koo Photography for anyone looking for a professional and responsive photographer.

    Kevin was AMAZING! He was on time, knew the court house pretty well. What I really liked most about him was that he was really good at giving us both direction on how to pose, and he came up with really good location spots that weren't too far of a walk. I really enjoyed working with Kevin and would definitely recommend him to friends & family.
