A calming, excited presence on your wedding day to cheer you on through all of your planning and tear-jerking moments. My style is natural, organic, and colorful with an editorial flare that aims to capture authentic human connection and the natural environment around you.

I approach our time as a work of art, where we will carefully craft the rhythm of your day, the style of photos, and the type of energy that will flow through your gallery. Creating an experience that is unique and organic for you and your partner allows you to live in the present of your wedding day because, after all, our memories are our most vivid photographs. I take great care to devote time, vision, and love to the imagery that will curate your love story which is why I only take on a handful of weddings a year. All love deserves to be celebrated! Kayla set up numerous helpful meetings along the way, which was crucial since it was a surprise proposal for my now-fiancé. There was a lot to discuss, and I had many things on my mind to ensure everything was perfect. Kayla brought so many great ideas and suggested amazing locations, helping us decide where to go for the photos. She really calmed my nerves, always willing to schedule a meeting whenever needed. We also had a second photographer, who was equally amazing! If you have the opportunity to get a video of your proposal through a second photographer, I highly recommend it.     Kayla was the third photographer for our wedding and we are so SO glad that she was part of the team for our big day! She has such a special eye for detail and captured moments with such love and care. She was incredibly helpful the day of our wedding, from extensively scoping out photography locations, to bringing us water and anything else we needed as we were going through our shot list.
