Hey all!! I am so glad you're here! I am a Milestone photographer in Oregon! I shoot anything from engagements, to weddings, to newborns. However, I primarily focus on weddings. I would love to help you capture your big day with whatever vision you have! Let's chat!

I am a compassionate, patient person. I am a mom of many kiddos and it has really taught me how to connect on a deeper, more personal level, as well as keep everyone calm and on track on one of the craziest days of your life!

    We were very disappointed with Katie Senseney Photography for our wedding. It was a rocky start when she was 30 minutes late to a SUNSET engagement shoot. The communication from the photographer was completely lacking from start to finish- she gave us no direction during the photo sessions despite filling out her forms and giving inspiration photos. Her posing ideas were boring and poorly guided. The quality of the photos was underwhelming at best. There isn’t a single picture from that day that I LOVE. The experience with her was bad in every facet, I can’t even look at my wedding pictures without getting upset. To make matters worse, she was late getting the photos to us and there was zero follow-up communication, she constantly had a personal excuse for missing every deadline. I had to threaten her with legal action for breaking our contract multiple times before my gallery was delivered. You can tell she rushed through editing, leaving partially blurred bee traps in the background. The photographer was also poorly prepared, giving us a list of 25 items to get together the night before the wedding, having a questionable second shooter, complaining about the heat and trying to avoid shooting in certain locations because of it, she provided zero direction, which added unnecessary stress. Overall, we would not recommend Katie Senseney Photography to any couple planning their wedding.

    I found Katie to lack professional and ethical standards and I do not recommend her. I prepaid for a family photo session in December 2022 during a promotion Katie was running. We agreed that the session would occur sometime in June 2023. Mid May I emailed Katie about scheduling and never heard back. I emailed again, nothing. Then I messaged her twice on Instagram. She finally responded with a short apology and asked when I would like to schedule. I asked her what her availability was and didn’t hear back for a few more days. At this point I decided she was too flaky and unresponsive to work with and that I wanted a refund, which I asked for. She immediately wrote back with her availability saying that she couldn’t refund me right now. I replied that I was no longer interested in working with her and that I wanted the refund. She replied with personal reasons why she didn’t have the money right now. She also acted like she was doing me a favor because the shoot was going to expire and implied that I was being unreasonable because I was expecting her to respond quickly. I still haven’t been reimbursed. This is one of the few places to publicly review her online and I share this here so others know what Katie thinks is appropriate business behavior.

    Before our engagement pictures, my now husband and I had very little experience getting pictures taken. That being said we were both nervous and uncomfortable going into it, but instantly Katie changed that. She has a way to make you feel 110% comfortable and confident. Her pictures are breathtaking and surpassed any expectations I had. Amazing personality, very professional, and all around phenomenal person. I would recommend her to anyone who would listen!

    Katie was an absolute pleasure to work with! We weren't sure if what kind of photos we wanted but Katie was able to give easy and clear poses that gave us stunning photos. The part I admired the most was her pulling us aside during dinner to capture the only sunlight that peeked from the sky that day, something that was unintentionally so meaningful to my husband because in that moment of sunshine he felt his late brother was there with us. She captured some of my favorite photos during that moment. Thank you Katie!!
