I’m a Westchester County based photographer with an eye for storytelling and a love of golden hour light. I'm also a little Type A and a textbook Virgo. If you’re looking for thoughtful, expressive, joyful images that celebrate who you are as a couple, you’ve come to the right place. My style toes the line between photojournalism and editorial, because I think reality looks best through rose colored glasses. When I’m not busy preserving memories, you can find me stress cooking, or walking around my neighborhood, hoping to meet other people’s dogs. I love to read, and will always choose a book over TV. Also, everything is better with cheese.

Almost 20 years in the event photography industry means I have the real world experience to navigate the most challenging shooting situations, while keeping it all serene and effortless. A classical, fine arts background means your images will look as timeless today as they do on your 50th wedding anniversary.

    Hillary C. Photography was absolutely amazing to work with! Her communication style was incredible - she was always quick to respond to our questions and made us feel like their top priority. The quality of their work and value was exactly what we were looking for. Hillary has a soft and tender photographic style that perfectly captured our relationship during our engagement shoot. She made me feel so comfortable and delivered my vision exactly as I had hoped. I have always loved Hillary's style and don't like overly edited photos, so I was thrilled that she did such a great job at capturing all the important moments.     Hillary and the second photographer, Tom, were absolutely incredible at my wedding. It had about 200 people, and they did an excellent job of capturing everyone. I was all over the place, as to be expected, and Hillary and Tom were both completely prepared, calm, and thorough. There were some last minute changes and things that happened out of order, and they quickly adapted. The photos came out beautifully (and promptly), and she even went the extra mile to send me a family photo well in advance for my mother to include in her Christmas card. Thank you both so much!

    Hillary and her team were the perfect choice for our wedding photographers. From the very beginning, their communication was timely, thorough, and made us feel at ease. Hillary and her team were professional, thoughtful, and incredibly talented. They worked with us beforehand to create a detailed plan for all the important shots, which made the day run smoothly. And on the wedding day, they blended into the background so we didn't even notice them, but we wound up with beautiful, natural photos that captured all the special moments.
