The ethos of Boom & Bloom celebrates sustainably driven practices, working in tandem with Mother Nature. I honor the beauty of the seasons, selecting only nature's finest ethically grown blooms, sourcing locally as much as possible, and create foam free designs to enjoy without damage to the planet. If your vision entails adorning your ceremony space, filling your reception with breathtaking blooms or are in need of a floral stylist for editorial shoots – I am here to help. My promise to you: I will infuse your wedding or special event with a burst of creativity, ensuring that every aspect speaks to the essence of who you are.

At Boom & Bloom, we believe that love has no boundaries. We celebrate all love stories by creating bespoke floral designs that reflect our clients' individuality and style. After 17 years in the antiquated wedding and events industry, Eliza Rose started her own inclusive design studio in the Catskills as a safe space for people of all orientations to express their love for one another through floral design. Eliza is an ally to all queer folk, and prides herself on creating floral designs for nontraditional couples. *Music fans- Paddy Boom (original drummer for the Scissor Sisters, pioneering LBGTQ+ band) is the "Boom" in Boom & Bloom.

Eliza was the florist for our Jewish/Hindu wedding in late October in the Berkshires, and we cannot say enough wonderful things. She helped our vision truly come to life, but also gave guidance when needed which I appreciated. She created a custom mandap/chuppah and incorporated some personal family heirlooms which made it so special. Eliza is a true professional and also a lovely person to work with. She has a passion for sustainability and zero waste which was important to me when picking a florist. I highly recommend Boom & Bloom!!

Eliza is fantastic, and she executed our wedding vision perfectly. The mood boards she created were extremely helpful (especially as folks who don’t know a lot about flowers), and she was a lifesaver with her guidance on other details (like napkins, tables, etc.) that helped tie the whole look together. I cannot recommend her enough!

We have a $7,500 minimum for custom floral designs. We also offer a complete wedding packages starting at $7,500 with pre-selected flower types and quantities. In addition to the above, we offer "drop off florals" for events with more modest budgets (between $4,000-$7,500). These include the same level of service, custom design and professional set up, but are priced for purchase, so it alleviates the breakdown fee! ***For any weddings outside of NY, MA and CT, the minimum spend is $10,000 prior to taxes and labor fees.

Consultations last approximately 1 hour but can take up to 2 for larger weddings. Please come prepared with details about your wedding like your budget and style, as well as any inspiration you have for your wedding flowers. This can include images of your venue, photos of your wedding attire, fabric swatches, your color palette, photos from social media, and more. The more information and ideas you provide, the better we can assist you. After your consultation, we will draw up an initial proposal with line item pricing and mood board and email it to you.

It’s never too early to get in touch about your wedding, but we recommend having a few details figured out before you do. For example: Have you selected the location for your ceremony and/or reception? What’s your wedding style? Do you know how many guests you’ll be expecting? Typically, our couples reach out around 6 to 8 months before their big day.

Yes! After the contract is signed, we can provide a mockup for retail cost, typically a table centerpiece. We prefer to create this within 30 days before the wedding to take into account seasonal flowers and time to make adjustments before the final proposal and vendor commitments are due.

We offer delivery, setup, and breakdown services almost anywhere, but are located in the Great Northern Catskills of New York State. We have a $4,000 minimum for floral delivery. Since many weddings require a professional set up, we also charge a separate fee for event installations.

Yes, we offer eco-breakdown services along with delivery, set up, and flower transfer from the ceremony to the reception.

During your consultation, we will go over all the gorgeous in-season floral offerings available for your wedding date. We love supporting local growers growing our own flowers and greenery!

Yes! We offer a variety of rentals for an additional cost from aisle runners to candelabras, arches, candles, mirrors, and more. We also offer custom builds and fabrications such as platforms, ceremony structures, seating charts, etc. Get in touch to see our full list.

Sorry, we do not offer flower preservation. However, we’re happy to recommend a few local vendors who provide this service. Just let us know.
