Custom Event Design

Description

Full service event design for weddings, social events, corporate events, interior styling, and photoshoots. This service option offers a full design plan, including curated selection of flowers in a chosen color palette, carefully selected vases, linens, and materials that complement. We also offer custom floor plan layouts, necessary furniture rentals and rental management.

Design deck with reference and inspiration images.
Two rounds of feedback/revisions to design deck.

Description

This is for clients who want to have a cohesive design for their event and do not require large installations. If you have a clear idea of colors and do not require set up and breakdown for your event, this offer is for you! Minimum of $2,000.00

One page mood board to convey overall aesthetic.
Two scheduled phone meetings.
Requested colors, but not flower varieties.

Absolutely Beautiful Wedding!

Words cannot describe how absolutely beautiful Robert Bardin and Robert Palomo made our wedding. We were married in an old rope factory in Greenpoint Brooklyn (Greenpoint Loft) which is a completely raw space. Their team arrived the second the venue opened and transformed the industrial loft into a quiet oasis of greens and the most beautiful flowers we have ever seen. They designed everything, from the tables for the reception to lights over the dance floor. They made suggestions that made the space much more welcoming (beautiful boxwood panels behind the ceremony) and lit the entire room with the most beautiful candlelight and spotlights. We didn't have to stress about anything! We heard more than one time that it was the most beautiful wedding they have ever attended. Thank you so much!!! Highly recommended!!
