The food is an integral element that provides entertainment, contributes to the ambience & when done right, is the most memorable part of any reception. JPO proudly offers a huge range of wedding catering services, including both traditional options & out of the box experiences. Some of our wedding Food & Beverage options include: Pre-ceremony beverage stations, passed hors d'oeuvres, seated dinners, station dinners, family style dinners, miniature passed desserts, wedding cake, late night snacks & edible parting gifts.

    We worked with JPO for our wedding on a family style dinner service and cocktail hour. We had an excellent tasting experience and were really excited for our partnership. Unfortunately there was a severe lack of coordination on the day-of which lead to a number of tables (including ours) to not get fully served. Our table, for example, only got steak, and no sides. There were also several issues with our bar service and timetable for service. The only thing we were fully satisfied with was our rentals/place settings. When we reached out following the wedding, we initially received a reply immediately from JPO that they were shocked and would investigate. We were told someone would circle back. We had to reach back out a week later because no one had followed up. We were then told that 'a perfect storm' had occurred and got very little explanation as to where the breakdown happened. We were granted a bit of a refund, forwarded to a finance team, and then proceeded to have a very unproductive back and forth for two months. They blamed our bank accounts (of which I sent two) on not processing the transfer. It took a week to get a reply every time we reached out. It took and email cc'ing the CEO and our venue and coordinator in order to finally get our refund. I just don't want anyone else to have to go through something like this. It was wholly disappointing and truly the only shadow cast over our wedding.
