Marion's days as a toddler were her first in the kitchen, climbing to the countertop for culinary teachings from her grandmother Mamie Brougitte. Those lessons remain the main ingredient in what has turned into a married world of baking and art. Raised by artist parents in multicultural surroundings, Marion pulls her deepest inspiration from her roots. Whether that be the intricacies of delicate handmade French lace from her summers in France, to the bold Brazilian tiles of historic towns in Bahia where her father lived. Or even the refusal to use nothing but the best handmade ingredients from local produce makers.

    We couldn’t have asked for a more talented and dedicated pastry chef than Mamie Brougitte. Her attention to detail and creativity exceeded our highest expectations. From our first tasting to the final presentation, every aspect of working with Marion was a dream. The cake she created for our event was not only stunningly beautiful but also absolutely delicious (and gluten free, too), with bespoke flavors that left our guests raving long after the celebration ended. Marion’s passion for her craft shines through in presentation and every bite, and we are so grateful for her incredible artistry.
