You will find our farm an ideal spot for a romantic weekend getaway or out-of-town executives seeking a quiet place to unwind after a long workday. A site rich in Detroit’s automotive history. Established in 1927 by The Packard Motor Car Company, this unique site hosts multiple Albert Kahn designed buildings, located on 17 acres. It’s a lovely venue for weddings, car shows, plus corporate & social events. We have indoor and outdoor options for ceremonies. The tree lined boulevard is a nice outdoor option, but there are lots of choices on our 17 acres site.

RSVP is a dream come true for owner, Nellie Mun, who has always loved hosting gatherings. Her home is always open to family, friends and dinners with clients for her wedding coordinating company, Pleasant Surprise Events. Owning a venue is just an extension of what she already loves doing. In May of 2014, she and her husband rented this cute space to host a graduation party for their son and his friends. She walked into the same space in January of 2017 and struck up a conversation with the store owner who revealed that she would be moving. The seed that was planted then has sprouted into the venue it is today. This little space is the perfect spot for your private event. Being a part of the amazing Downtown Fullerton community and supporting fellow small businesses is a gift and a privilege for Nellie.
