The Ghent offers both indoor and outdoor spaces to accommodate up to 190 guests for any style of celebration. Our rooftop space has been fully renovated to provide comfort during any season, including heaters and fire pits for the colder months, and our indoor spaces are also newly renovated and perfect for celebrating special occasions with family and friends. Whether it’s a birthday celebration, a holiday party, a rehearsal dinner, or a corporate event, we offer a customizable menu and a comfortable atmosphere for you and your guests. Located in the heart of downtown Washington, NC, the Washington Civic Center is a sophisticated waterfront wedding venue. This spacious facility features 14,000 square feet of event space that can be used for all your wedding weekend activities. Formerly a train depot, the vaulted ceilings and exposed beams combine to make the space feel rustic and elegant. Hardwood floors offer a refined platform for the newlyweds to have a memorable first dance. The dark tones of wood and exposed brick help to create a warm and cozy experience. The Washington Civic Center has plenty of room for over 250 guests. The venue offers a two-day package for weddings which opens up endless opportunities for a personalized celebration. This 6000 square-foot modern industrial space nestled in the heart of historic Scott’s Addition is a wedding venue like no other. From jungle and western inspired getting ready rooms to floor-to-ceiling doors and windows, the workshop is a space created for dreamers, darers, and definers.  No two love stories are the same, and your celebration of love shouldn’t be either! Our unique wedding packages provide each couple with a rare opportunity to pick and choose all of the elements of their special day without many of the constraints of traditional wedding venues. The Two Sisters Event Venue located in Downtown Franklin, Virginia is a 5000 sq. foot building that is a fresh and bright space decorated in hues of a neutral grey and blue. It has a very large banquet room with 20 60" round tables and 150 banquet chairs. In addition there is a buffet room with 6 rectangle tables, another separate room that can be used for a bridal room, photobooth, etc. We also include a Warming kitchen for your caterers to prepare your meals and bathrooms. We rent for all events, parties and business functions. We give you plenty of time to setup your events and offer tours for you to view the space in person. Monroe Bay Vineyard is located on the water near Colonial Beach on the original birthplace Farm of our 5th President James Monroe. We have secluded and tranquil waterfront land to plan your perfect day. We have a large, unique barn made of natural, recycled materials of strawbales for insulation and recycled wine bottles for light and design. You no longer see the strawbales in the wall as they have been covered with a hydraulic lime the same material castles in France for hundreds of years have been made from. The inside is a museum quality white lime finish with unique curves with sun shining through the patterned wine bottle walls to give a unique backdrop.

Originally a cow and poultry farm, the previous owners had run the property as a winery before Rick purchased it in May of 2017. After seeing the property, its luscious landscape, and the rustic charm of the original buildings, Rick had a vision. He saw the property transformed into a modern, chic space that maintained the history and character of the original farm. More importantly, he imagined bringing others’ visions to life with a beautiful and unique setting for weddings and private events.

We opened Cottontail with the idea that a wedding can be both beautiful and affordable. After looking at over 80 locations, we finally found what is today Cottontail!
