The quality of the wedding barn was truly romantic, captivating, and gorgeous - Duane and Kitty have transformed the venue into a space that felt straight out of a fairytale. Noah made sure all the events of the day flowed seamlessly, the staff were incredibly accommodating of our needs, and ensured the entire experience was pleasant for us and our guests. From the moment we first arrived to view the lodge, my wife and I knew this was the place we were going to get married. The property is gorgeous, the pond and the woods make the ideal background for your wedding pictures! The lodge it self is also incredible, from the amount of space to all of the entertainment in the game room to keep the little ones occupied. Sharyn and her crew were incredible to work with and made sure that everything was perfect before we arrived. Having an all inclusive location was a huge deal for us and the lodge provided everything we dreamt of!

We had our wedding here on 10.26.2024 and it was the most magical, perfect day. The venue/planning team was so kind and responsive throughout the entire planning process (we booked the venue in March of ‘22 so, many questions were asked). The ‘rental room’ they offer relieves SO much stress of trying to find decorations and signage, I highly recommend adding it. The list of vendors they give you is a BIG help, utilize it. Our event manager was truly wonderful the day of, we are incredibly thankful to have had her help. A special addition to having a wedding here is being able to stay in a treehouse connected to the Grand Barn AND have friends & family stay at the venue the night of the wedding. How neat is it that your guests can just walk back and go to bed after a night of celebration and laughter?! I truly could not imagine a more beautiful venue to get married at. Everything exceeded our expectations and we can’t wait to come back and stay again!

Livia and the team at Orchard Hills were professional, dynamic, had amazing input planning wise and were a wealth of knowledge. The time between engagement and our wedding was 10 months and it would have been so much more stressful without Livia. She was my rock and I never felt the need to worry with her in my corner. She's extremely dedicated and organized. The team itself day of is efficient and so, so kind. I loved having my wedding here, due to the staff and how beautiful the grounds are. Plenty of room to get ready for both the bridesmaids and groomsmen. Having our reception hall in the same location as the ceremony made life so easy. And in my opinion, this was so most gorgeous location for an outdoor wedding. I felt like a fairytale princess all day. No regrets at all, I highly recommend at least touring the location and meeting with Livia!

The Madison was God sent! Literally! I was planning this wedding out of state and was super nervous, on top of that I'm not a great planner. Daryl and team made the process so simple and seamless. I couldn't thank this venue more. Even the day of, Daryl and team, continued to check on me to see if I needed anything. I was so grateful! Price point was great, venue is beautiful for pics, customer service was incredible. I'd rate them 10 stars if I could!

We stumbled upon the Crowne Plaza Cleveland at Playhouse Square after having to find a new venue for our September 2020 reception in January - and I am so glad that we did! From day one, Daneel, Gayle and the staff at the Crowne Plaza Cleveland at Playhouse Square have been nothing but courteous, professional and so helpful. Daneel was always quick to respond to our seemingly never-ending list of questions. On our wedding day, Daneel was very present and checked in on us to make sure that we had everything that we needed. The setup of the reception was beautiful - Daneel and her staff took my unorganized list of ideas and signs and organized them so that everything was PERFECT for our reception. Our food was AMAZING (special shout out to chef!!) and all of our guests were raving about ALL of the options (salmon, steak and vegan ravioli). Daneel had champagne and orange juice brought up to the bridal suite while the girls were getting ready (which is MASSIVE and boasts gorgeous views of downtown) as well as a bottle of champagne, chocolate covered strawberries and a gift waiting for us once the night was ending. It is very clear that Daneel takes pride in her profession and I am so glad that her and the entire staff at the Crowne Plaza were able to play such a pivotal role in ensuring that our reception was flawless! All of our guests had so much fun and everyone had glowing reviews of the staff, food and venue. We ended up having our reception at the Crowne Plaza by chance and it truly turned out to be the biggest blessing in disguise. If you're thinking about booking at the Crowne Plaza Cleveland at Playhouse Square - stop thinking and DO IT! You will not regret it!

We traveled to Las Vegas to get married. We knew we wanted to celebrate with family and friends upon our return home. We wanted it to be a party to remember, with a live band and great food, so we spent a lot of time scouting out possibilites. I wish we would have met up with the team at Music Box first! Right away, we knew it was a win. Not only is the venue GORGEOUS (we had our reception on the lower level in the Supper Club - PERFECT), but it had the capability to provide professional live music, insanely delicious food that our guests were raving about for days afterwards, and the best customer service I could have asked for from the team. And to top it off, they worked with our budget to ensure we could have an amazing event without breaking the bank. Specifically, our coordinator, Marissa, and our server, Christina, went above and beyond to ensure we had the best time of our lives. Our reception was a bit unconventional, but they went with our ideas and made them even better than we could have imagined. The night was so amazing that our guests told us we should have a party just like our reception every five years. I can't recommend Music Box Supper Club any more for your event, I promise it will be a night to remember!!!

Hallie ended up being our month of coordinator and she was PHENOMENAL. I mean it, if you have the funds, hire a coordinator!!! Five fun facts about the Lake Erie Building: 1. We were originally built to be Templar Motors back in 1917. There were less than 3,000 of these cars ever manufactured and if you look carefully, you may even be able to spot one while in the event space! 2. Omni Lakewood purchased the building in 2005 and now manages the building, which has been divided into individual suites that are home to over 100 businesses. 3. The west parking lot where our dock is located used to be a test track for Templar Motors. 4. We host only one event per weekend and give our clients access beginning on Wednesday so they can bring in all their personal touches! We also only require cards and gifts go with them that night and everything else can stay giving you more time to spend with your new spouse! 5. We include a private parking lot and have a huge municipal lot across the street that's available to guests. (If you know of Lakewood, you know parking is a hot commodity)

Lake Erie Building is the perfect venue if you want to decorate your space exactly as you want it! Having early access to the space days before the wedding was worth its weight in gold. And the “bones” of the space are stunning. The venue coordinator, Hannah, was great to work with too. She gave us great recommendations for vendors and insight into the planning process. The reason for the 4 stars for the clarity of communication is because the contract had some inaccurate information, which I found annoying because I’m a “rules” person. But I can’t recommend this venue enough!!

My husband and I initially wanted to elope. That is, until, we found this space. If you want your wedding day to feel like an absolute dream, while still being intimate and beautiful, you need to book CoLab. We had our ceremony there, and it was perfection from start to finish. Maureen is truly everything—she was with us every step of the way, making sure everything was just right and exactly what we wanted and hoped for. She handled every curveball and question with total grace. The space itself is gorgeous. It's airy while still being moody. There are so many beautiful details around the space that make for a perfect backdrop. The decor adds so much to the space without taking away from your event. CoLab is gorgeous but I truly believe that it’s Maureen that makes it special. She genuinely cares about her clients, and it shows. I felt like I had a close friend there for me as we were waiting for the ceremony to begin, which is exactly what you want and need. Someone in your corner, hyping you up, and bringing the kindest presence to the day. Even if you opt out of her being there for you day-of, know that everything she does behind the scenes before the event is worth the cost and then some. If you want a ceremony spot that feels like a cozy, beautiful home for your big day, this is it. And if you’re on the fence—just do it. You’ll thank me later! (If you're doing ceremony-only at CoLab, I'd recommend that you book the extra lounge space, trust me! We booked both spaces and it made for such a seamless day and gave folks a place to mignle and chat before and after the ceremony!)

The Aviator is a beautiful and modern venue, perfect for our dream wedding of 300 guests. The Aviator staff are highly professional and considerate. We worked with Jen Seidel, operations manager, for an entire year to help our wedding vision come to reality. She was easy to work with, always available, and happy to walk us through any detail, no matter how small. Her calm demeanor was essential while planning a significant day! Positively, The Aviator does all the wedding set-up and the cleaning after the reception, which was one of our top priorities when looking for a venue. They also allowed us time the day before for the bridal party to practice their entrances. The food was absolutely delicious. All guests, including those with meal accommodation changes, were served dinner quickly, and we got a lot of compliments on the food. The drinks were incredible, and the bar service was remarkable. We had an open bar. I can’t repeat enough that the service was exceptional! Everyone at the Aviator was professional, accommodating, easy to work with, and excellent at their jobs. We had so many children at our wedding; all the staff members were patient, mindfull, and helpful. After our wedding, we had guests contact us to communicate how impressed they were with the overall service of the Aviator staff, especially the servers and bartenders! Finally, our wedding wouldn’t have come together without the hard work of the Event Management Team, especially Roula Elias, Aviator Event Manager, whom we worked closely with the day before and the day of the wedding. I honestly could not possibly recommend Bay Arts more for a wedding! The entire experience was absolutely flawless from start to finish and we were thrilled at how it all turned out. Kelly was dream to work with and was so helpful and patient despite me being a bit of an anxious bride who was having trouble making decisions:) The venue itself is classy yet relaxed- everyone I talked to said it was the nicest event space they have ever been to and while I'm biased, I agree! Highly recommend renting a tent if you can swing it just so you don't have the added stress of potential rain. Our day was carefree and perfect:)

We had a fabulous wedding reception at the Donauschwaben German Cultural Center (Lenau Park). Their entire staff—from their awesome coordinator Christine to their banquet captain and bar staff—was so kind, so professional, and most importantly made our guests feel welcome and taken care of. Christine came to every meeting organized and prepared. She understands the details as well as the emotions that go into planning a wedding and was a great part of our support system. She is fair and reasonable—even helped us make a German Hall a little more “Italian” for the bride. We could not have asked for a better partner! As for the venue itself, it was the perfect place to host 300 of our closest friends and family. The space was beautiful, bright and happy. Our guests were comfortably seated at 32 round tables of 8 to 10. The team made all of our décor visions come to life. The outdoor patio was welcoming and comfortable for guests as well. The dance floor is huge! Perfect for an Italian tarantella. I would also say the room is set up well acoustically—with 300 people in the room and music playing, you could still hear the other people at your table. The entryway was also perfect for our receiving line. We were happy to see that guests could enjoy their time—whether they wanted to dance the night away, sit and chat, or just enjoy the night air with family. The food was excellent—seriously excellent. We got so many compliments after the wedding! They have their buffet line down to a science with all of our guests being served in a reasonable amount of time. They also did a great job of meeting the needs of our gluten- and dairy-free guests. That is so hard to do when you are feeding so many people, and even these guests said they enjoyed their meals. Finally, the money we spent on this wedding reception was well worth the value. The food and beverage packages are incredibly fair for the quality and the amount of food your guests will be served. We were also able to add appetizers and some special add-ons at a reasonable rate. The linens are provided by a separate vendor, but even those costs were not too bad, and everything looked beautiful when it was decorated! While there are certain rules the venue must follow and sometimes we needed to negotiate the details, Christine was highly transparent and upfront with us, and always worked with us to find the right solution for our day. After hosting our wedding here, we would absolutely do it again with this space and this team. When it comes to the Donauschwaben, we strongly recommend them for your wedding reception and cannot say enough good things about their level of service!

Hale Farm and Village was everything I could have dreamed of for our special day and more. The beautiful site was unique and every guest raved over the location. Even with the rain, it was stunning. Our wedding was on 9/28/24 so the property was open to the public during the day, but not very busy. We used the east side of the property and it was beyond picture perfect. The pavilion set the most perfect vibes for our reception, and the area behind the Herrick House was a dream come true for our ceremony. My husband and I did a first look and private vows in front of the yellow house, and were able to take photos on the entire property. It was MAGICAL to say the least. But this review is mostly for the AMAZING Miss Dotty. About two months before my wedding, I was notified that the person I had been in contact with and had been planning with was no longer with HF. Obviously, I was stressed and nervous to say the least. But once Dotty was brought on, and after one meeting with her my fears subsided. This amazing person did EVERYTHING in her power to help me achieve the wedding of my dreams. She came up with solutions to any issues, she offered ideas and thoughts for any question I had. This woman worked her butt off the day of my wedding!! With the change in staffing, and promises made from the prior, Dotty went above and beyond to make things happen. She also had a second wedding on the west side of the property the same day, and Dotty seemed to always be around when I needed something. When my ceremony was 45 minutes late... no fault of HF or Dotty (family drama)... and I was on the verge of a breakdown, Dotty came over to me and asked "you want to hear a funny story?" and continued to tell me something funny to distract me, and make me laugh. She made sure I wasn't too shiny from the stress sweat, and helped get things back on track. At one point she had the help of a young man named Alex (I hope that's right) who was just as kind and helpful as she was. Both helped with set up, and tear down. Alex helped fluff my dress before I walked at the ceremony as Dotty was closing and opening the entrance doors for me. They both seemed to make sure that everything could go as best as it could. I know for a fact this day would not have happened, and would not have been as amazing as it was, if not for Dotty. She is a superhero. Hale Farm and Village was truly a dream come true venue for us and our special day. But Dotty was a rock star and I am forever grateful for her, her hard work, and her kindness from the moment I met her. Thank you!!!

Established in 1969, the 50-acre parcel in Brunswick with nothing more than an old barn and a dream. The barn, originally built in 1869, became the foundation for a Ski Lodge, but would ultimately become the event center that it is today. Although many updates and renovations have taken place over the last 50 years the original barn remains intact, and its beams are still visible in the hall. Over the years Skyview Lodge has held countless events. The building was renovated again in 2001 to expand its capacity and continue building upon the success of the hall rentals. Skyview was the perfect venue for our wedding! We loved that we could bring our own catering and that the alcohol was provided. The bar packages are awesome. Jordan and Donna were so helpful from the beginning. Easy to work with, kind and very communicative whenever I had questions. The venue itself is beautiful, we got so many compliments on the ceremony space and we did very minimal decoration.

Whitehall Columbia was the perfect venue for our wedding! The communication with their event coordinator, Julia, was always easy, fast, and professional which made the wedding planning and day everything we have always wanted. The venue itself is beautiful, clean, and classy - perfect for a wedding. The chapel has gorgeous chandeliers, massive windows, and great natural light. Their staff was attentive and made sure everything ran smoothly on our big day. I cannot thank Julia enough. Without her, the whole wedding wouldn’t have been exactly what we dreamed of. My husband and I have talked about the day over and over again. Nothing could’ve been better. For the quality of the venue and service, Whitehall Columbia offered insane value. Really could not be any better. We would highly recommend them to any couple looking for a venue that has it all.

Tom's Country Place was absolutely wonderful for our wedding day. From the very beginning, their communication was fast, informative, and friendly, which put us at ease during the planning process. Ashley, our coordinator, was always so helpful and patient, never getting annoyed with my endless questions. The quality of their work and overall value was great - the food was delicious, the bartenders were fantastic, and honestly the whole staff was wonderful and willing to help with anything we needed. We couldn't have asked for a better venue to host our special day. Highly recommend Tom's Country Place!

Columbia Hills was the most perfect venue for our wedding, and Jennifer Miller was the most amazing coordinator. The food was amazing, the staff who worked during our wedding were wonderful, and the locations on the golf course for photos are incredible. Jen is so sweet and accommodating, she worked so hard before, during, and after our wedding. We absolutely loved working with her! Due to COVID we decided to downsize our wedding and she worked with us to make the changes we needed to make. We were unsure of how it would go but everything was seamless, and our day was absolutely perfect. Our guests were so impressed with both the venue and Jen, we got so many compliments about them all night. My husband and I highly recommend Columbia Hills (and Jen!!) to anyone looking for a beautiful venue with great food.

My husband and I were married at Laplace in September 2020. It was perfect! They have bridal suites for getting ready and a few different options for ceremony and receptions depending on your style. I loved how easy everything was. We didn't have to worry about anything at all. The set up was done for us. The clean up was done for us. We were able to pick and choose colors, decor, lighting, etc. The food was amazing! It was hot and fresh which is different than other weddings I've attended. For a stress free wedding or any event, this is definitely the place to go!
