If you are having a more intimate gathering, the Club Room has a seating capacity of 100 guests. Alternatively, you can hold your wedding celebration in the outdoor tent which seats up to 200 guests. Cascades Manor is the premiere wedding venue to host your special day. Let our vintage charm, impeccable food, service, and natural park grounds be the unique setting for a memorable wedding experience. Located in Jackson, Michigan, Cascades Manor is conveniently located between Lansing and Ann Arbor. We are able to provide you with full-service wedding reception amenities for a small intimate gathering or a large group of friends and family.

Venue is set in a historic building right in Downtown Monroe along the River Raisin. Outdoor space is available for a ceremony or cocktail party prior to your indoor reception. We rent the hall for the day, 8:00 a.m. until 2:00 a.m. Fridays and Saturdays for $750. We rent for an 8 hour block of time Sundays through Thursdays for $375. With either rental we charge a $250 security/clean up deposit. That is refunded after the hall has been returned in clean/undamaged condition. We only rent the hall, which includes use of the tables and chairs. Your rental fee that holds your date is non-refundable. You are free to have your ceremony and reception at the facility, many people have done this in the past. For linens, dishes, food etc, you would need to contact a provider for those.
