The building dates back to 1837, a three-level structure which was built by William Nelson. Peekskill lawyer, Congressman, and friend to Abraham Lincoln. A small stage, built on the 3rd floor in 1870, was identified as the “Dramatic Hall.” This emblematic building had been abandoned for about 20 years and fallen into disrepair until 2012, a complete renovation took place restoring the 1870-era theater. The Dramatic Hall serves as a space to host weddings, private parties, plays, live music performances, and more.

The Boiler Room has historic charm with industrial design overlooking the Paupack High Waterfall. Perfect for weddings of 80 people or less this venue makes you feel like you are getting married in the tree tops with elegance and style.

Built in 1898 as Katz Underwear Factory, this historic brick building has undergone restoration and renovation to now celebrate its original beauty; large windows overlooking the Lackawaxen River, original brick walls, cathedral ceilings and grand chandeliers.
