The OT Farms is available for rental on a year-round basis. Each rental and event is structured as a one of a kind experience. Offering a two day weekend package allows you sufficient time to build the event of your dreams. No event should be rushed and The OT Farms believes heavily in this concept. Through a combination of your vendors, coordinators and The OT Farms staff, we strive to make your event one for the ages.  With the typical weekend package you can begin decorating on Day 1 and hold your rehearsal with dinner that evening. On Day 2 bridal party guests may begin arriving at 9 a.m. to prepare for the big day. We believe your day should be as stress free as possible. We focus on the quality of your big day than ushering quantity in and out of our doors. We want you to take advantage of our three day rental to maximize your event potential. Rustic Modernism Nestled on 25 acres, this award-winning Central Ohio venue blends rustic and modern. Four Seasons Barn is located just a short drive north of Columbus. Weddings and events celebrated at Four Seasons Barn can be held inside or out. Inside you will enjoy 9,000+ sq ft of climate-controlled space that provides modern amenities offering comfort for you and up to 300 guests, all within in a rustic setting. Choose from one of our four picturesque outdoor ceremony locations, one of which is covered because it is Ohio weather after all. Within the barn, you will find spacious bridal and groom quarters, an 18 ft bar, 35 ft tall stone fireplace, welcoming foyer, and a large prep kitchen. Outside you will enjoy a 3000 sq foot covered veranda, an 1800 sq foot covered patio (with available enclosures), 2 stone fireplaces that overlook a crystal blue pond and undisturbed woods.

This intimate venue will take your breath away. Be it inside or out, enjoy a relaxed atmosphere in natural garden surroundings. We offer budget friendly, all inclusive options for weddings up to 75 attendees. Our barn has a rustic, yet elegant charm with its barn siding walls, wood beams, and chandeliers. Several ceremony sites to choose from including next to our pond with its heart-shaped island!

Where elegance and frugal unite. The Davis-Shai House is a historical 1861 Gothic Revival home/venue that offers classic charm that marries elegance with affordability. Our Camelot room offers large windows with natural light, a gorgeous crystal chandelier and views of the front gardens. The Fairview room has a fireplace, glass doors to join the Camelot room and doors that open to the outdoor veranda and front gardens. In-house catering or preferred caterer with a variety of menu options to select. Our menu options include plated lunches and dinner, English teas, and party packages (light hors d’oeuvres and appetizers), as well as bar service. All event rentals include: indoor tables, chairs, all table linens, centerpieces, glassware, drinks, set up and clean up, and friendly staff and volunteers. The Shepard Place is a rustic wedding venue located in Casstown, OH. This historic venue was built in 1920 and was run by the Shepard family for 90 years. The place acted as both the family’s trade and residence, and throughout the years, they created a wonderful site rich in memories and traditions.

Based in Marion, OH, The Brickyard On Main is a wedding venue that offers a big-city feel on a small town budget. Once home to the likes of Kroger, Bender Liquor Supply, and Spano’s Market, this beautiful building offers historic charm and modern amenities with a splash of elegance. From the second you walk in the door, you fall in love with the exposed rafters, brick walls, original wood floors, and a limestone wall dating back to 1832. From there, you can go through our glass garage door to an incredible enclosed courtyard, complete with string lights, fire feature, and artificial turf. Our bar is fully stocked, and while we could try to describe the aesthetics, words don’t do it justice. Seriously. Check out the pictures. Two private dressing rooms make getting ready fun and easy. And while we don't like to brag, the restrooms here are pretty dope. Again, look at the pictures! We offer a prep kitchen for the licensed caterer of your choice to use!

The Ballroom at Union Square is a historic space located downtown Newark. Originally built in 1902 originally as a dance hall the venue was renovated and re-opened in 2016 as a concert hall. To our surprise couples began booking weddings and to date we have hosted more than 50. The venue is three stories and features the main ballroom, two full service bars, a full service kitchen, changing rooms, and onsite accommodations for the couple.

Your guests will start by entering a stunning marble foyer which is perfect for a cocktail hour. The foyer could also be great for small events only requiring seating for 100. The main room can seat another 350 guests. We can help you provide your guests with an incredible experience for any event. The Skylight is perfect for weddings, company parties, proms, fundraisers, public events or anything you can think of!

We are Carli & Hamilton Dixon, artists and business owners in downtown Dayton for nearly a decade, and residents of downtown for over two decades. The Brightside is located in the 905 E. Third Street building, which was 18,000 sq. ft. filled with abandoned clothes and trash when we purchased it. But over the last 10 years, we have worked to clean it out, restore all of its services, and renovate it to become Dayton's newest music & event venue.
