Nestled on 39 acres of mature hardwoods, the Cator Woolford Gardens are situated on one of the few remaining intact historic estates in Metropolitan Atlanta and are located just a few miles from the heart of downtown. The Gardens were originally created for Cator Woolford, one of the principal founders of Retail Credit Company (now Equifax, Inc.), and were redesigned in 1996 as a series of outdoor "rooms." Changing with the seasons, the gardens and forest are filled with dogwoods, roses, narcissi, rhododendrons, laurels, daffodils, and azaleas, some of which are original to the estate.

The Blossom Barn is a historical farm built in 1832 by the Steckel family. It was once a state of the art dairy farm. They sold Steckel Dairy products. The dairy barn was one of many barns and outbuildings here on the 100+ acres. The original dairy barn burned down and this one we restored was built in the early 1900's. We were able to restore all of these buildings on the property, the dairy barn, the white livestock barn, milk-house, chicken coop and the two silos attached to the dairy barn. Our venue is truly one of a kind, unlike any other venue around! From the exposed brick, many windows with natural light, exposed beams to the elegant chandeliers & Bride/Groom suites in the silos you are sure to feel the intimate romance and nostalgic ambiance here at the Blossom Barn🖤

The Duke Sculpture Garden at the Dixon Mansion in Wallingford is housed on a 100-year-old estate. The most striking features of the four-acre landscaped grounds are Rapunzel stone tower and the Main Building, built in 1889. A newer 3,100 square-foot gallery has been added to the Main Building which is air-conditioned and handicapped accessible for your reception. Our 19th-century ballroom would be available as the perfect ceremony "B" plan. The Gallery features oak floors, soaring exposed rustic beam construction and beautiful lighting. Adjacent to the Main Building is a sweeping manicured lawn perfect for a fairytale wedding. Enjoy handcrafted pizza from our cob pizza oven as you stroll the grounds.

The building is steeped in history and reflected in the original wood moldings, hand carved mahogany staircase, and mercer tiled fireplaces. Each of our 16 guest rooms was designed to have a look and feel that is entirely unique from the rest. The vibe is intimate, cozy, and warm. As you make your way west towards the Bank st. entrance there is a subtle transition with a bespoke feel that is modern and bright. Constructed in 1871 by Bavarian immigrant Philip H. Zorn Jr., Barrelhouse The Venue resides on the historic Zorn campus. As an annex to the brewery, Barrelhouse The Venue would manufacture beer barrels to house fresh beer prior to distribution around Northwest Indiana. Though unoccupied now, the original ice-house, brew-house, and malting building still stand across the street, a reminder of the dream Philip Zorn brought with him to America.

The NOCCA Foundation is the nonprofit that supports the New Orleans Center for Creative Arts, which is Louisiana's arts conservatory for high school students. Our buildings date from the early 1800s and have been beautifully restored with modern amenities.
