About this venue
The Avalon is a beautiful and elegant venue with 5 ballrooms, each with a different style and size to fit any guest count. Each of our wedding packages includes your own wedding planner, limo service to bring your guests to their hotels, and complimentary access to the room's built-in A/V features (event lighting, house sound, and so much more!). Your guests will rave about your wedding food from our chef, and you will be able to fully enjoy your wedding day while we take care of the details. Let us handle the "to-do's" as you handle the "I do's", and we'll make your wedding everything you've dreamed of.

This space features customizable event lighting, multiple room setup options, and a full stage behind the curtain for entertainment. It also includes suites for your entire wedding party to get ready on-site, and an optional cocktail hour on the Mezzanine balcony!

The Loft is an optional addition to our Millennium Ballroom to host your ceremony on-site. While the wedding couple and their attendants wait in our suites, guests will arrive and be seated upstairs in the Loft. When all guests are seated, your wedding planner will come get you to line up and begin your ceremony. After you finish the "I do's" your guests will flow right into your social hour without having to leave your venue.
