Lippincott Manor features one of the most beautiful country rustic settings in the Hudson Valley. This unique site; situated on 15 charming acres, offers breathtaking views of the Wallkill River and Shawangunk Mountains. A family owned and operated catering facility, Lippincott Manor specializes in outdoor weddings and provides individual planning and customized packages hosting only one event a day. Emmerich Tree Farm is a working Christmas Tree Farm catering to the 'Choose-and-Cut' market in Warwick, NY, just 50 miles NW of the George Washington Bridge. Our property has been in the family since 1960, and the trees were planted in 2007. Our pavilion is 30 by 40 and was built in the summer of 2011 using beams harvested from the property. There are rustic accents added throughout, which help make the space unique. Articulating glass windows & doors on the South & East walls allow us to control temperature shifts, creating a unique indoor/outdoor space. Adjacent to the pavilion is a tented patio which is 60' x 30'. The tent is provided by our venue, includes hanging string lights, and has sides available upon request. The space allows room to seat up to 180 people using rectangular tables and up to 130 people using 5' round tables. We also have a Bridal tent built with rustic cedar trim. The tent is furnished with seating, full-length mirror and power.

We have 3 beautiful venue locations to host your guests: The Herb Garden, The Pasture and The Barn. Come and enjoy an authentic farm to table experience, submerse yourself in the beauty of a fully working farm and enjoy world class cuisine using ingredients raised and grown on the farm. Our herb garden can host cocktail hour or a full course meal right in the middle of our organic herbs and vegetable raised beds. The Pasture boasts unlimited possibilities, where you can experience amazing views of animals grazing in nearby fields and organic vegetables growing in our 2 acre vegetable field. The Barn is an old working dairy barn that has been transformed into a beautiful, rustic event space with turn of the century charm. The barn boasts idyllic 24 foot cathedral ceilings with romantic lighting, the perfect setting for a magical night of dancing. We have a lovely ceremonial area above the pastures in our old growth apple orchard that overlooks the surrounding Appalachian Mountains.
