I’m so happy we chose the Loon Lodge Inn to host our wedding. The food was spectacular, the tent was beautiful, and the lake views were amazing. But the real stars of the show were the hospitality and service from Kim and other staff members at the Loon Lodge. They went above and beyond the entire weekend. Everyone at our wedding sung the praises of the staff including their hard work, friendly demeanors, and their creativity to fix things when unexpected things happened. For example, when the florist’s arbor fell over and broke, the florist attempted to hold it together using ribbons and flowers that looked awful. Kim immediately fixed it using fishing line and it ended up looking beautiful as the fishing line wasn’t even noticeable and especially won’t be seen in pictures. Kim also tried extremely hard to have the ceremony outside despite forecasts of rain. Having the ceremony outside was the one thing I really wanted to happen that weekend. Kim was constantly checking the forecast that day and saw that there would be a window of opportunity without rain and at the last minute made an outside ceremony happen. Additionally, I didn’t realize that we never assigned someone to be in charge of the cake-cutting. Kim saw it was not being cut and went out of her way to cut everyone a slice of cake. There were many moments like this and I’m sure way more that happened behind the scenes that we weren’t privy to. The bartenders and other staff members, especially the chef, also did a fantastic job. Choosing the Loon Lodge Inn for our venue was the best decision I made regarding wedding planning. My now husband and I plan to return here for an anniversary trip one day. Thanks to the Loon Lodge Inn and Kim for a weekend that we will always remember and think fondly of!

We had our wedding at The Red Barn this past May and everything was beyond perfect! Our wedding coordinator, Alex was so on top of everything during the planning stages and throughout the wedding itself. She is so incredible and we feel so lucky to have worked with her! The entire staff at The Red Barn was so amazing as well. The space is stunning and the food and drinks were incredible. We truly cannot say enough good things about The Red Barn! We had our reception and ceremony indoors and the fireplace backdrop was absolutely perfect. The space itself is beautiful and we really didn’t feel that we needed to do a ton of decorating which lessened stress and saved us on decor costs. However, all we really had to do was drop off what decorations we did have and Alex and her team took care of set up and breakdown with our vendors. We really didn’t have a single worry the weekend of the wedding. The amazing staff at The Red Barn took care of it all. We also stayed at Stage House Inn the weekend of the wedding and got ready there. Darien was a pleasure to work with and made coordinating room blocks so easy! The bridal suite comfortably fit all the girls getting ready (12 total people) plus 4 hair and makeup girls. It was also the perfect room for getting ready photos! We held our rehearsal lunch at The Links restaurant and the staff was so accommodating! We had a last minute reservation for around 25 and they took us no problem. Excellent and affordable food and drinks! Overall we had a perfect experience with every aspect of The Red Barn. We absolutely would recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect spot for their wedding!

During the planning process, my husband and I were looking at a variety of locations for our wedding but unsure what we wanted in a venue - until we visited Granite Rose. We loved how Granite Rose provided a majority of the services we were looking for, and what they did not provide, they recommended excellent vendors. During the entire wedding planning process, they were always responsive via email and phone for any questions we had. All of our meetings with them prior to our wedding day were extremely detail oriented to make sure everything went smoothly. The food tasting gave us an awesome opportunity to try different foods and see how things worked. We were able to have a rehearsal the day before our wedding to see how the ceremony would go as well as drop off all of our decor, so we wouldn’t have to worry about it on the wedding day. When we arrived for our big day, everything was set up and ready to go just as expected from our planning meetings. It was a big weight off our shoulders to know the crew at Granite Rose had everything under control! They were attentive to both of us throughout the day and made sure we, and our guests, had everything we needed. We would highly recommend Granite Rose to anyone that is looking for a rustic, but elegant venue in New Hampshire!

Alice, our wedding planner, was simply amazing throughout the entire planning process and on the big day itself. Communication with her was a breeze - she responded to emails incredibly fast and always made us feel like top priority clients. The venue itself is utterly gorgeous, the staff is so friendly and professional, and they handled every last detail flawlessly so we didn't have to worry about a thing. Our guests are still raving about what a fun wedding it was. Bonnie even got a ton of pictures on her phone that she sent me the next day! I cannot say enough about this incredible venue. From the beautiful property, to the attentive and friendly staff, Newagen made our entire wedding weekend smooth and seamless. Newagen offers all the charm of a small quaint Maine Inn with the delivery and professionalism of a large well run venue. Maura was amazing and responsive with the booking of the venue and sales process. She was so responsive in answering all my questions and helping us navigate putting the weekend structure together. The reins were smoothly handed over to Tiffany as the weekend got closer and she ensured everything ran smoothly through the weekend. We held a lobster bake Friday evening, ceremony and reception Saturday and a farewell breakfast Sunday morning. Every single aspect was flawless. Tiffany and her team kept things running on time, making sure everything I brought (decorations and the like) was put out so that my husband and I could just spend time with friends and family. It felt that every time I had a concern or a question, I could ask Tiffany and she'd have already thought of it/handled it. I truly cannot say enough about how amazing the staff was. From the front desk staff, managers, coordinators to the waiters, everyone made us and our guests feel at home, taken care of and special. My husband and I will definitely be returning to celebrate anniversaries and will recommend this venue to anyone. The property has so much to offer guests (pool, pickle ball, sunset path) and is not far from the cute downtown harbor and local sites like the coastal Maine botanical gardens. The chef was fantastic and the food was delicious. Highly recommend going to their pub for a bite if you are in the area and are considering this venue.

We are so happy we chose The 1812 Farm for our special day and would heartily and readily suggest it to anyone looking for a venue. I literally cannot sing their praises enough for how perfect they helped make our day. The 1812 Farm was the perfect venue for our July 2024 Wedding and we could not be happier with the experience we had working with Sarah, Olivia, and the larger team. The 1812's team is not only super responsive, but extremely helpful as a sounding board. Any questions we had were answered promptly, any ideas we wanted to float were approached thoughtfully, and this team truly lessened any kind of wedding planning stress. As for the venue itself, it was gorgeous. The flowers were in bloom in the garden where we had our ceremony and the inner venue where we had our reception was so well put together. The 1812 team set all my decorations up for me after I provided an example of what I was going for and that immediately lessened any day-of stress that morning. Both my husband's half of the party and my own had plenty of space to get ready separately in the Bristol Suite on site too, which was perfect. Having prep in the same place as ceremony and reception just streamlined our entire day. I also love that even when the lights were dimmed inside later in the night for dancing, there was still plenty of light to see and talk by and our guests adored the outdoor bar and thought it was super cute. The 1812 also uses Stone Cove Catering and we loved the ease of building out the menu with the same people we already were in contact with for the venue. It made everything so smooth and we knew there would be no confusion or fuss as meals were served because the caterers are the venue and know the routine and space. Once the party actually started after dinner, I had multiple guests come up to me to rave about how good dinner and cocktail hour apps were- literally so good that multiple people made comments about it right after eating. Can't ask for better than that. And my husband and I were beyond happy with our own meal and the post-ceremony oyster treat that Stone Cove Catering helped us plan for ourselves. If I were planning this wedding all over, I'd still pick the 1812!

Where do I even begin…Flag Hill is the absolute perfect wedding venue! From the beautiful vineyard, the delicious food, great bar service and the absolute best wedding coordinator Christa! Andrew and I looked a few different venues and ultimately couldn’t get past all of the above but Christa is really the big reason we went with Flag Hill. She is just so personable, charismatic and welcoming every step of the way. Christa was always there when we needed her, set up meetings and kept us updated every step of the way. As a wedding coordinator myself it was important to find someone I trusted and I found so much more. Our wedding was absolutely perfect because of her. Our day of couldn’t have been any better. Our decorations were put out exactly as we imagined and everything was handled so well. Our timeline was followed to a T. At one point during pictures Christa was even following me with my drink to make sure I had something and always checking to make sure we ate. Just so caring! The food was by far superior to any place I had ever been. Hands down the best steak I have ever had in my life. Our guests are still talking about the food to this day! Maddie, thank you so much for all of your help day of as well. You were great to work with from making sure we ate dinner to packing all of our decorations up and getting our sparkler send off together! You and Brian have the most beautiful wedding venue and we will forever be grateful to you all! We highly recommended you all to any couple getting married! We cannot speak highly enough about the Atkinson Country Club! The coordinators and other staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The venue if beautiful in any season and the food is really good. We got married 4/27/24 and were extremely lucky with the weather. We got married on the patio outside and used the Fairview room for our reception. My only con with the venue/ outdoor ceremony is the chairs. There is nothing wrong with them, they just aren’t aesthetically pleasing. There are multiple reception halls at this venue and they can accommodate more than one wedding at a time. The bridal suite is very big and has adorable vintage decor. There are so many perks like center pieces, a night stay, golf vouchers, and much more. We decided to book during the “winter season” and got an amazing deal! Again cannot recommend enough!

We absolutely LOVED the Wentworth. We received so many compliments from our guests on how amazing both the wedding and their stay was at the inn. All the staff was extremely kind and accommodating throughout the wedding planning process and the wedding weekend. Cita, the wedding coordinator at the inn, was so easy to work with and truly cared about helping us create the day of our dreams. She was extremely responsive throughout the entire planning process and very professional. Corey, the day of coordinator, was fantastic and did a phenomenal job coordinating day of events. Her and her team set up the tent and cocktail hour space us and it looked beautiful. It was very important to us to be able to have all of our guests stay on sight and having a wedding weekend. The Wentworth went above and beyond all of our expectations. Not to mention every single meal that Chef Brian prepared was incredible! We cannot recommend the Wentworth enough and are so excited to go back every year for anniversary trips!
