We had purchased the property as a wedding present to one another just 3 years ago and after having our own beautiful day that we adored in a barn venue. We decided we loved it so much that we wanted to share in others happily ever afters for years to come, so we designed and built this venue to share in others love stories. We are located in the quaint and naturally beautiful rural town of Reddick, FL, in the quiet country conveniently located on a private 10 acre slice of real country Florida paradise between Gainesville & Ocala Florida. This traditional colonial building was built in 1926 and known as the Riverside Mormon Church. The Junior League of Jacksonville purchased the building in 1979 and by 1980, we opened our facilities to the community and its many organizations. The Riverside House offers its board room, auditorium, reception hall and kitchen to the public. It is the perfect setting for wedding ceremonies and receptions and provides a beautiful atmosphere for any celebration.

Five Points Chapel & Gardens, a 2,000sf historic gothic church built in 1934 is located in beautiful historic Riverside. FPC’s ambiance offers a perfect setting for wedding ceremonies, receptions, and special events such as celebrations of life, private parties, and more. We believe that every element and detail of your event should be special, starting with the ambiance. Our space is dripping with ornate detail, with its antique tin ceilings, hardwood floors, and many of the original elements of the church preserved, offering an intimate yet spacious experience. FPC holds up to 110 people, has two all-gender bathrooms, a grand foyer, a room which can be used as bridal room/prep quarters, a back area for backstage or prep needs, and has beautiful gardens for a breath of fresh air. San Marco Preservation Hall, a registered historic landmark, was built in 1888 as St. Paul's Episcopal Church. The Hall was moved across the St. Johns River and eventually made its way to scenic Fletcher Park on Atlantic Boulevard. Preservation Hall was renovated by and is operated by the San Marco Preservation Society (SMPS), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organized for the preservation and promotion of the San Marco neighborhood, which celebrates its centennial in 2025. This Carpenter Gothic-style hidden gem is available for rental along with Stockton Cottage - the perfect bridal suite! St. Andrew's Episcopal Church (aka Old St. Andrew's) was designed by architect Robert S. Schuyler in the Gothic Revival style. Schuyler also designed St. Peter's Church in Fernandina, built in 1881, as well as chapels in Waldo, Fairbanks, Pablo Beach, and Lake Santa Fe. St. Andrew's was built in 1887 on a single level using brick masonry and contained a massive front corner tower with louvered belfry and steep spire roof. It stood at 317 Florida Avenue, now 317 A. Phillip Randolph Boulevard. St. Andrew's was the only major church in the city that survived the Great Fire of 1901.

We have Bride and Grooms suites for wedding party preparations. The property of the barn is a combination of cypress ponds, pine forest, pastures, and a canopied creek. The property is very private and secluded. We are only 15 minutes from downtown Gainesville, but it feels a world away.

The Barn at Lakeside Ranch while rustic on the outside, is elegant throughout on the inside. Henry Richardson purchased the High Springs property in 1891 and built the Opera House in 1895. The building was designed in the Romanesque Revival style of architecture. The Opera House was originally designed and built as a socially acceptable venue for entertainment in the then rowdy railroad town of High Springs in 1895. Back in the old days, the High Springs opera house played host to countless itinerant vaudeville performers. The second floor was used as an opera house, theater and social hall, and in the 1920’s as a movie house.
