Ozari Events is located inside L + L Marketplace-- a food and shopping destination located in Nashville. The market holds many tenants, and while all the spaces filled up quickly, the largest space was not filled by a tenant. The space then became Ozari Events!

Room With A View at Marathon Village, is a gorgeous venue located in downtown Nashville. Our event space is located in a 114-year-old factory with a historic Marathon Car Museum in the main lobby. Its antique oak stairs, original flooring, exposed brick walls, high ceilings, and large windows overlooking Nashville's downtown skyline is the most romantic backdrop for your wedding! On the 3rd floor of the administrative building of what used to be Marathon Motorworks, Its capacity is approximately 200 standing, 150 guests seated reception style. In house we offer an A/V system, round tables, folding tables, cocktail tables, & chairs. In the space you will also have access to our catering kitchen and bar. We also provide a Ready Room, which comfortably accommodates four to five people. It has seating, a full-size mirror, counter space, a closet, and a large wall-mounted makeup mirror. Room With A View has an open vendor policy, so your special day 100% reflects you.

Wilburn Street Studio is a beautiful 3800 square foot flexible rental space + 2500 square foot private outdoor space in East Nashville's historic McFerrin Park. Our wedding packages all include ballroom, outdoor ceremony space and/or deck with tables, chairs, additional tables for food and cake if needed, cocktail tables and table linens (table cloths, chair covers, napkins) clean up and set up, and at least two people on site for assistance day of. It also includes access to the bar and a Bartender is provided (alcohol is BYOB.) Includes Bluetooth sound system with microphones. This also includes any in-house decor we have- couples are free to use it. Suite and Groom Quarters are provided and bookings get property access at 8 am to midnight. 2025 pricing is $3500 for a Saturday date and $3000 for a Friday or Sunday date. $2000 Monday-Thursday and Micro weddings (less than 30) start at $1500.
