The Foundry is a 5,000 square foot venue located at 1419 Clinton Street in downtown Nashville, Tennessee. This historic building , built in the early 1900's, is located in the trendy, up and coming area of Marathon Village. The Foundry is the first place where the Marathon Car was invented and the venue still has the retro/vintage feel while still remaining one of the trendiest spots in Nashville. The industrial brick textures of one of the most unique venues in Nashville add a priceless touch, creating a breathtaking space for your event! The Foundry also partners with the non-profit organization Harvest Sound International to alleviate suffering and abolish poverty in Nashville, and worldwide. Thank you for your interest in Marathon Village. Our Event Space is located in a 106 year old factory. It has an antique oak staircase leading up to the third floor. The space itself has exposed brick walls, high ceilings, and large windows with a view of the Nashville's downtown skyline. We require a liability insurance policy for up to $1,000,000 for the day of the event. We have a beautiful Ready Room that is yours for the day of booking. You also get tables and chairs include. We don't have a list preferred vendors, so the catering is 100% your choice. We have a reach in cooler, ice maker, sink (no food allowed down sink), 3 trashcans, and hot box in the catering area. Alcohol is allowed, but absolutely no selling alcohol or serving to minors. There is a stereo system hooked up with 1/8" cable in the room where a DJ can plug a computer or you can bring in your own equipment.

Our private event space is a world class, versatile, and unique venue that is fully equipped to accommodate events of all sizes. The beautifully re-vamped courtyard entry is included for a cocktail hour or outdoor option for your event. The guitar wall stage is a built in platform for entertainment as well as a wow-factor as guests enter the space. The Loving is a historically black church renovated into a modern and intimate event space. Our wedding packages all include ballroom, outdoor ceremony space and/or deck with tables, chairs, additional tables for food and cake if needed, cocktail tables and table linens (table cloths, chair covers, napkins) clean up and set up and at least two people on site for assistance day of. It also includes access to bar and a Bartender is provided (alcohol is BYOB.) Includes bluetooth sound system as well with microphones. This also includes any in house decor we have- couples are free to use it. Suite and Groom Quarters are provided and bookings get property access at 8 am to midnight. 2024 pricing is $3200 for a Saturday date and $2700 for a Friday or Sunday date. $1700 Mon thru Thursday and Micro weddings (less than 30) start at $1200.
