About this venue
The facility is a 60x90 metal building with a 10’ porch across the front and 5ft sidewalks down each side. The inside was finished with wood and galvalume metal, giving it a country look. With the addition of a few theme-specific decorations, the ambiance can be changed from a rustic theme or shabby chic to anything in between. The amenities include a full kitchen area, multiple restrooms that are handicap accessible, roomy dressing areas for wedding attendance including a private restroom, tables, and chairs for up to 250 guests, and central heat and air. The parking lot is spacious and well-lit. The facility is vendor friendly with parking large enough for a truck and trailer near the kitchen door.

Lovely setting with breathtaking views
The wedding ceremony itself can be held inside or outside. The layout of the property allows for a variety of ceremony sites. The most popular outdoor site is the Big Oak. The large oak tree with a cedar fence, pond, and old barn in the background gives a picturesque backdrop. Evenings are the perfect time for a wedding under the tree. The sun sets at the perfect angle to allow the oak tree to cast a cooling shade over your guest. A beautiful fence and rose bushes separate the ceremony site from the public eye allowing privacy. If the Big Oak site isn’t what you are looking, we have a large open grass area that is perfect for setting up your own distinct backdrop. Looking for a more natural backdrop, we have a wood line area that is available just a short distance from the building. If the outdoors is not for you, our indoor site has a set of large barn doors that make a great background for your ceremony.

Full Kitchen area, restrooms that are handicap accessible, bridal Suite with private restroom, groom Lounge with private restroom, tables and chairs for up to 250 guests (table and chair for inside use only), maximum inside occupancy- 275, heat and air, inside or outside wedding ceremony sites available, décor- 4 wine barrels, wooden spools, 3 wood tri-fold dividers, old doors, a large variety of wood slices, 2 arbors, etc., 2 USB, Bluetooth speakers, lapel mic, handheld mic, projector and screen, spacious well-lit parking, Yard Games available (corn hole, Jenga, horseshoes, washer toss), room for additional wedding tents if needed, outside vendor friendly with designated vendor parking & ice Machine available.
