“In today's world everything is extremely overpriced and service is terrible. My wedding was very stressful for me because of this. I did not have a DJ or a Photographer and honestly was considering just something small scale, until I talked to Ed from DJ Double E. I would give them 10 stars out 5. From the minute I talked to Ed it was a breath of fresh air from the million other outrageously priced DJ's. The price is unbeatable but that's not why I would recommend them. They are absolutely phenomenal and made my entire wedding. The music was perfect from ceremony to the last dance. They were so professional, so involved and so fun. We had a daytime (early) wedding. It is so challenging to get people up and have a good time at 12:30 in the afternoon, I was having meltdowns about it, they reassured me but had the entire place up and having fun. You didn't know if it was day or night. They helped us more than the attendants at the venue. Over 100 guests said how amazing they were. The pictures they took could not be any better. Any other DJ who had packages like this (photo booth etc...) were THOUSANDS, yes THOUSANDS, more!!! I really hate to admit but I'm not easily pleased however I would put my name on the line for DJ Double E after how they made my wedding. DJ Double E exceeded all my and my husband's expectations and -consider yourself lucky if you hire them for any event. I'll be calling them again!!!”

“If there’s one thing you should take away from this review, it is this - You should DEFINITELY hire Herbert Holler to DJ your wedding! From the very first phone call, it was obvious that he is someone who loves his job. He has an extensive knowledge and love of music means no matter what you want the soundtrack of your wedding or event to be, he’s got you and your guests of ALL ages covered. He was communicative, easy to work with, clearly invested in making sure we had a great time at our wedding, and that everything ran as smoothly as possible. In fact, at one point, he noticed from behind the booth that we were one man short for lifting someone up in the chair during our extensive Hora. So what did he do? He put his headphones down, ran onto the dance floor, and kept the party going! As a musician and music lover myself, it was hard to trust someone else with the evening’s setlist, but we are so glad we did. He was super keyed into the dance floor, and read the crowd like an expert, always knowing exactly what song to serve up. We danced our aes off and could not have had a better evening. We even rented one of his lighting packages, which he set up to perfection. Herbert, thank you for helping us with our live performances, and for giving us such an incredibly memorable night!!”

“Justin and Jesse were absolutely incredible from the beginning to the end of the process. We stumbled upon them through Zola, actually, and I’m so glad we did. Our wedding was intentionally more laid-back, taking place on our property. It was incredibly important to us to every guest felt at home there, and that every vendor did as well. From the moment I first spoke with Justin, I could tell we found the perfect folks to play music for us! These guys are wonderfully easy to talk to, truly down to earth and play an impressive range of music sooooo well. For cocktail hour we asked them to do more southern, New Orleans style jazz which they did fantastically: perched on one of the hills facing the cocktail hour, they played keyboard and saxophone and really understood exactly the mood we were trying to set. Not fussy, rather relaxed and engaging and perfect for the day. During dinner, they played bluegrass under the tent and it was absolutely perfect. I had chosen the bluegrass and my husband chose cocktail hour music, and we were both over the moon at how it went. Justin stayed on to DJ our dance party and was an absolutely wonderful MC as well as just a fantastic party guest! If you’re looking for folks who seem to be able to play everything, are truly kind humans, really seem to care about all those around them, and are quite a blast to have your party - look no further! “Justin was lovely to work with from the start. He was booked for another wedding, but he paired us up with Rob, an associate DJ of his. Both Rob and Justin were so so fun to work with. Rob took the time to text or set up whatever zoom calls we felt we needed. For the actual day, Rob was amazing. We had dinner service, reception, and "after party". Robs killed it with his flow between songs, and was incredibly accommodating and flexible if we had any requests in the moment, and was able to dodge or handle any "questionable" song requests that came his way. We knew that he always put my husband and I's wishes first. We also had multiple people comment on how good the DJ was during the reception, and after the fact! He also went above and beyond to pull heroics the day of to get some of our DIY spot lighting set up that wasn't set up the night prior. Rob was incredible to work with, and just as fun to chat with. Will miss working with them, but absolutely will be following their journeys and would use them again in a heartbeat! So thankful for Justin and Rob!”

“Let me begin by telling you how to find a better DJ than Dave/Fish: Dream about it, because it will never actually happen. We ended our professional relationship wanting to take him home with us! I was making a joke the whole time that if there were a Ph.D in DJ'ing, he'd have it with honors. Professional, courteous, friendly, precise, clearly loves his job, respectful, selfless, 38 years experience, genuine, communicative, and very helpful beyond his job parameters. i.e. he made sure we had our champagne prior to the toast by summoning a waitress himself. He insisted we get our food first. Things like that. We had a very precise playlist for him down to the note and he adhered to it 110% without question. We felt very lucky to have stumbled on him the way we did and would honestly say you are doing yourself a disservice by not hiring him. Kudos, Dave and thanks again. “Kevin is AMAZING!!! He DJed our wedding celebration in May 2024, and WOW - he was 100000% our dream DJ. We had eloped a year earlier, so our "vision" for the night was to have an epic dance party with all of our friends - Kevin understood this immediately, and delivered truly beyond our wildest imagination! He kept the vibes moving during cocktail hour, and then seriously BROUGHT THE PARTY. The dancefloor was packed for over 3 hours straight. It felt like every single person there asked us where we had found our DJ, and they couldn't believe the mixes he was doing on the fly!! From the moment I first reached out to him in January right up until the end of the event, Kevin was consistently professional, upbeat, and efficient. He replied to all communication quickly, and was SO thoughtful in his preparation. He provided a shared document months ahead of time so that we could share music and scheduling info, and on the night of the event it was so evident that he had paid attention to every single detail ever mentioned in the document, over Zoom, or on our site visit. Every single must-play song came on at the perfect time, he managed to source very specific remixes that I had mentioned, and he kept the night running on schedule with such a chill, stress-free, and adaptable vibe. Kevin even introduced us to his colleague Richie for dance lights when we were debating our lighting options, which also ended up being absolutely perfect! I cannot stress enough how collaborative and understanding Kevin is, how smooth the process was, and most importantly - what a KILLER DJ he is. He truly wants to deliver the night of your dreams. My heart felt like it was going to explode in the best way multiple times that night, because of all the incredible, better-than-you-could-ever-have-imagined dancefloor moments. We live in Brooklyn, and got married in the Catskills, and found out that Lucas also DJs regularly at some of our favorite spots in Brooklyn. From our first contact with Lucas, he was responsive, kind, interested in getting to know us and our taste, and super professional. We connected on a personal level as well as on a musical one. Now, having had Lucas DJ our wedding and supply all of the audio equipment, we can't recommend him highly enough. The audio for our ceremony and speeches worked without a hitch (he also helped to professionally feed our ceremony audio/music into our livestream setup), Lucas knew exactly the right moments to take cues for music, and when the dance party began, he played great music that totally matched our vibe and tastes, and as promised, he kept the dance floor full all night (no small feat, especially because we downsized our wedding to 60 guests). In addition to being an excellent DJ, he's also a great guy to be around, and on your wedding day, it's really nice to feel like you are surrounded by people you want to spend time with. Multiple people came up to us to ask about Lucas during and after our wedding, because he was that exceptional. Hire him and you will be so glad you did! Couldn't ask for more in a DJ.”

With our ceremony, Brian did a great job following our difficult instructions related to some of the music to be played, and did a fantastic job on some of the premixes for the walk. He also had everything needed such as speakers and microphones for the ceremony and confirmed and communicated with us on everything to ensure it went smoothly. We needed a mix of chutney/soca and American music for our reception and Brian did an amazing job that satisfied EVERYONE. He was familiar with a lot of our music, which was awesome, and did an amazing job mixing the music with more American music to satisfy everyone. I can't recall a moment the dance floor was empty. We had an amazing wedding day and LTL was a large reason why our wedding went smoothly and everyone had an amazing time. I would highly recommend LTL for your wedding. “Let’s start with “WOW!” We had a music festival themed wedding with four bands so music was a critical piece of our wedding weekend and the standards were high. We interviewed over 20 bands from the NYC area and decided to go with Vitamin M after really vibing with their band leader, JJ. And boy are we glad we did! JJ worked with us to curate the perfect performance for us and our guests. He was able to balance dance songs and classics alongside some custom requests that went off the beaten path of most traditional weddings from the likes of The Band, Talking Heads and The Clash. He even helped us surprise our guests with a singing introduction of the bride and groom. He took time to get to know us and was always happy to answer any questions we had. This was not a cookie cutter wedding band performance. This is a group of truly talented professional musicians putting on a real show.
