“I seriously can’t put into words how amazing she was and cannot recommend her enough. She was great to have around on our wedding day and I am so happy with our photos. The groomsmen didn't have their act together, even though she provides a detailed schedule, and she was totally chill about it and was like no biggie I'll be back in 30. My fiancé commented on how awesome she was (didn't comment on any other vendors) and one of his groomsmen did too (see first pic). This was before we even saw the pics and they turned out better than I could have imagined. At one point I told her I was done taking pics I wanted to go talked to people and dance, so was a little worried if we got enough shots, but was blown away with the results. I also told her I didn't care that much about getting ready pics but wanted a lot of guest candids and she delivered. She also got way more getting ready pics than I even expected. We didn't want to spend money on a second photographer and she was fine with that and got all the pics we wanted on her own. She truly listened to what we wanted and was incredible at communication and organization. On top of that, she is one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met, and truly a calming presence during all of the chaos on wedding day. I feel sooo lucky we found her.”

We set up a brief meeting, shared our vision (we wanted a "photojournalist approach"), and mapped out a schedule of events. Anything that we did not think to ask, he made sure to bring up and help make our vision more complete. Chris was excellent at capturing all of the tiny moments of the night without being in anyone's way. But you sure as hell will catch me snagging photos of you belly-laughing at each other, telling you to draw a shape on your partner’s cheek with your nose (bonus points if it’s something funny…), or letting you know if your fly is down or there’s lipstick on your teeth.

When I didn't know where to turn in some planning aspects, I asked if she had any advice and she always came through. She was so chill throughout everything. She knows weddings like the back of her hand. I never felt like we were on our own. She kept me cool and calm when some family members sparked some frustration. She kept us on track with our requested shot list but also gave us room to explore different poses and different locations at the venue. She was also great at giving my husband (!) and me directions on how to pose (we're quite awkward in front of the camera) and managed to make us look like complete naturals!
