“We had a relatively short engagement (about 8 months) and shopped for venues for a good while before deciding on Sunset Oaks. They try are the best for your money, so hands on and they are so transparent about their pricing and what they offer! Their decor closet is extensive! They had so much you can borrow for your big day for free and it was all actually cute/current things. The venue itself is beautiful not too rustic or modern a perfect canvas to hold your wedding day! We loved working with Coby she was so proactive and helpful and the big day went off perfectly.”

Our venue is nestled in the heart of East Texas and sits on a beautiful 5 acres — PERFECT for any indoor/outdoor event. Our Venue can accommodate up to 200 guests. And offers over night stays for up to 20 people. The Bridal House can sleep up to 14 guests which is perfect for the night before your big day!! And not only do we have a Bridal Suite for the Bridal Party to get ready but we also have a separate house for the Groom and Groomsmen to have their space to get ready. The Groom’s house has sleeping accommodations for up to 6 guests as well as games, outdoor seating area, and so much more!! Our Venue has a HUGE 3,000 sq ft. heated/cooled Reception barn which is perfect for busting a move on the dance floor and celebrating with your loved ones. We were able to tour the venue before the event in order to know what type of space we would be catering from. Everything went smoothly on our tour and during our catering. Casa Blanca, formerly known as The Old Omen House Venue, is an outdoor venue tucked away in the beautiful scenic East Texas. The outdoor pavilion can accommodate approximately 150 sitting guests, with plenty of space for more within the private garden. The garden features many beautiful opportunities for great photos. The pavilion can be enclosed when the weather gets too cold. Casa Blanca is attached to a remodeled 2 story turn of a century old house. The guesthouse is a great added option to stay overnight, and can accommodate up to 10 guests.
