The weekend estate rental includes 3 days & 2 nights lodging providing guests with a relaxed experience and ample time for preparation, celebrations, & cleanup. Estate rental includes full use of the Event Barn, grounds, & house. The 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom house sleeps up to 16 guests, & is perfect for the family & wedding parties to get ready & stay for the weekend. A weekend stay allows parties additional time in the Event Barn for set up, decorating, & rehearsal dinner as well as cleanup. The Grain Barn is a unique metal barn equipped with bulb lighting throughout and a chandelier for an elegant appeal. We began our journey in 2015 with a dusty gravel pit and vision for a new home. The gem was the stunning 30 acre crystal clear lake. After purchasing the property we found ourselves hosting church activities and work functions as people truly loved being here. Slowly we began adding amenities to the property. First a huge rope swing, (that we have since taken down). It was fun watching the kids fly into the water. Then the 110’ water slide kept all the kids smiling as they splashed into the lake. Then in 2020 our daughter was engaged to a great guy. As she began looking for that special place to host her wedding we came to realize that it was right here. We wanted it to be a very special place and we went to work.

Formally a fruit farm the property has been in the Dendel family for over 150 years.
