She took away the worry that came with picking the right vendor team, because she’s worked with so many different vendors in the area that she already knows who is reliable and who is top quality. We also hired Emily as designer to help us achieve the vision we wanted for our wedding. She was absolutely fantastic! She helped us make everything cohesive and gave us fun ideas we wouldn’t have thought of on our own. She also helped us source everything we needed which was so helpful!! Our guests raved about how efficiently the entire night flowed, because Sarah had every second accounted for and her team kept everything flowing so naturally. Sarah truly made the entire year leading up to our wedding so stress free. We can never thank her enough for creating the most magical, seamless wedding day. SBD is TRULY the best in their field and I would recommend them to everyone! 10/10.

We hired Sarah for her services roughly a year out from our wedding. From the start, Sarah was extremely responsive and helped answer all my questions. During this time, we had selected a majority of our vendors but we needed Sarah's expertise in organizing our long to-do list, logistics and design ideas. A majority of our guests were traveling to our wedding so the logistics of how the weekend looked was very important to us as a couple. Sarah seamlessly was able to put together a plan to ensure that we were thinking of every detail needed to get our guests from point A to point B and back. During the weekend of the wedding, Sarah and her team were on top of every detail and that allowed myself and my husband to focus on enjoying the celebration. Sarah's ability to remain calm and handle any challenge that comes her way from vendors is truly an asset that anyone will want for their wedding weekend. Kristen and her team were amazing- her services were the most critical part of our wedding! She was so organized and on top of everything for the wedding, as soon as I hired her I felt so much more at ease with the planning process. I did a pretty much DIY wedding, my venue did not provide anything other than the venue and furniture, therefore, I had a lot of moving parts to my wedding and multiple vendors involved. Kristen took all the chaotic information I provided and streamlined the whole thing. She organized everything for me into a very easy to follow timeline and then was in constant communication with all the vendors. My regular hair dresser is the hair dresser I used for my wedding and she and I are friends. She told me that from a vendor's perspective, Kristen was the best coordinator/planner she had ever worked with. She was very impressed with her constant communication and all of the details she thought of in preparation of the event. Kristen and her team took my vision and made it a reality which was no easy task but she got it done. This was hands down the most positive experience I had in wedding planning/preparation and I would highly recommend Kristen for any planning needs!

We loved having Sarah as our wedding planner! We used her as our day of coordinator for our wedding at Rosewood Farms in September. As someone who thought they were an organized person, Sarah exceeded our expectations of what organized looks like. We had our first meeting with her about 6 weeks prior to our wedding day. I went into the meeting feeling nervous and anxious about all the things we had left to do and all the details that still needed to be decided on. Sarah gave us great advice on linens (I’ve never thought about linens in as much detail until I met Sarah lol), timeline, table layout, and all of the logistics throughout the day. We left our first meeting having our entire wedding day timeline planned out from the moment we got to the venue at 8am until we left at 10pm. Safe to say we left that meeting feeling much better and knew that we were in great hands. Fast forward to our wedding day and we can confidently say that it was everything we dreamed of. Sarah executed my vision of what I wanted our reception space, cocktail hour, and ceremony space to look like perfectly. She made sure we were taken care of all day long. She had our cocktail hour food and drinks ready for us right after the ceremony and made sure that we got our preferred drinks right before last call. She kept everything on schedule and I don’t think we had a single hiccup all day long (and even if we did we didn’t know about it). It also helps when all of your vendors have worked together multiple times and get along great. We had such a great team! On top of giving us our perfect day, Sarah is also the sweetest person to work with! She supported our decisions and gave her input and expertise when we needed it. I felt comfortable giving her creative discretion because I felt like she listened and understood my vision in our meetings. I would highly recommend Sarah for any wedding planning services! She is organized, attentive, supportive, hard working, and easy to get along with! I can’t thank her enough for giving us our perfect day!

Ashley was great! We had most our big vendors picked whenever we hired Ashley. She helped us pick all the smaller, detailed vendors like renting furniture, linens, brass band, hair & makeup artist, etc. Every vendor we hired was excellent! I spoke with Ashley frequently about how we want the wedding weekend to be in New Orleans. She was very professional and accommodating with changes made to the plan. I planned a New Orleans wedding while I lived in Nashville. Ashley was always happy to call, text, email, FaceTime Anytime! When I flew to New Orleans, she was always able to meet and help with any details and walk through. The weeks up to the wedding, Ashley was a game changer!!!! She had a detailed itinerary of the whole day and contacted all the vendors! I never spoke to the vendors about timing or logistical stuff. Ashely handled everything and it worked beautifully. Our whole day was perfect because of Ashley. To my knowledge, not a single thing went wrong. She had great advice when it came to choosing vendors, and she was so organized for all the logistical parts of the day. Brides have enough to worry about, and Ashley really lightened our load!!

Planning a small destination wedding in Key West from Tennessee felt overwhelming, especially with a short timeline and tight budget. But from the moment I found Lynn, everything changed. Within two days, she had secured all our vendors and stayed in constant communication to keep things running smoothly. Then, just when things got stressful—a hurricane hit Florida the day before we were supposed to fly out! Our flight was canceled, and I was panicked. Lynn called me and remained so optimistic! Kaity did a great job, especially considering all the uncertainty of bad weather (my ceremony was outdoors) we had to all deal with. She always had an upbeat and positive attitude the whole time, which I know can be very difficult to do around my family. She definitely would just roll with all the punches to keep us on track. I was anxious the entire day, but Kaity reassured me that she had everything under control and I knew I could trust her. She even went out of her way to get me and my husband little care packages on the day of, with inspiring notes. The only hiccups I actually noticed was with announcements and speeches, because the volume and echo was not great, so people didn't know when things were actually happening, so I wish we could've told the DJ sooner to fix the issue. We had also wanted to have our dinners boxed up, because my husband and I were both too anxious and excited to really eat, so our food ended up being thrown away, plus we didn't receive the top tier of our wedding cake to save for the tradition thing (but my guess is because they served it all to the guests). Unfortunately, at the end of the night, we were super rushed to get everything out of the building, because of the time and the pouring rain- I was running around barefoot in my dress while my husband was passed out in the car, and I was one of the few trying to get everything packed and cleaned up. However, Kaity and her husband really helped us out by collecting all the left items and holding onto them for us until the next day. She kept in contact, since at least a month beforehand, to make sure we had everything in order and sent her all the vendor contacts , so she could be included with all the day-of plans. She really did go above and beyond to make sure I had the best day possible, and I really appreciated that from her. I would definitely hire her again.

Can I start off by saying WOW WOW WOW!! Erin and Sara are top of the line. We were so impressed from the day we signed our contract. We met with Erin a few times over the time we planned our wedding. She was organized, energetic, brought the fun, and most importantly knew EXACTLY what she was doing. She made me feel confident through the whole process while still letting me have a big part in the planning. As we got closer to the wedding Sara came on board to assist with all of our final details and they were both there for the big day. Talk about a stress relief. Those who are debating booking a planner DO IT. Hands down the best money we ever spent. The day went smoothly and we even battled through a hurricane. Sara and Erin navigated a rain plan smoothly and somehow still got us outside for some golden hour pics. Sara was with me before I walked down the aisle and did the final dress fluff right before the doors opened up. She did a great job keeping me calm. Erin wrapped up the evening and everything was loaded into my parents car for a seamless night. We can’t thank them both enough for all of their hard work and wedding industry knowledge. Was referred to ESA from someone in my opinion whom was less than professional in her communication. So there was a little trepidation at first. However, from our first interaction with Christena at ESA to the end of the event Christena conducted herself in a professional and exceptional manner. From her initial communication, to vendor recommendations to all of the questionnaires to ensure the events moved smoothly were all investments that showed Christena cared. We used ESA for day of wedding coordination as well as a surprise birthday party the day before the wedding g. Yep, busy, busy, busy. Christena was there for a walk through at the venue which was 2 hours from her home base. She stayed in contact throughout the months leading up the the events and take the lead with vendor a onto or so before. She helped to keep us on track and was available via email with short turn around times. Although their was a LOT of planning prior to the wedding, Christena was more than helpful keeping us on track and ensuring the wedding day could be enjoyed without worrying about last minute pop up issues, and there were a few. Her team was able to resolve a bartender issue causing minimal interruption for guests. In the end Christena felt more like a guest as much as a vendor for each event. We are grateful for the service Christena provided and would highly recommend her and her company, ESA to anyone wanting a coordinator to help ease the stresses of such and important and joyous day!!
