Plentywoods Venue

5.0

Elkins, AR
  • Up to 350 guests
  • Raw space
  • Indoor & outdoor
  • Starts at $3,800

Take your guests breath away at Plentywoods Venue, a new wedding venue in Northwest Arkansas. Nestled on a hilltop overlooking the Boston Mountains, cattle pastures and valleys, sits a modern, rustic and elegant space to celebrate life’s big moments with your family and friends. The venue is a cross between a church and a barn adorned with stained pine that is beautiful as-is or can be personalized with special touches to match your theme.

When I tell you my experience with Plentywoods was incomparable I mean it. The following categories were my deciding factors in choosing a venue: Staff/owners: Incredibly friendly & helpful, always available to answer all 1,000 of my questions! It’s a family affair with them and they TRULY care about their couples. Venue itself: One word? GORGEOUS. The interior was so carefully thought out & planned - they truly thought of every detail! From the color tones of the ceiling & wood to light fixtures & floors - every style of bride would be happy here, from rustic to modern! My “boho ethereal” meshed perfectly with their finishes! The upstairs double barn doors to the landing atop the curved grand staircase gave us the most amazing grand entrance into our first dance! The sleek modern garage doors brought in plenty of light & convenience with a patio happy hour. The main hall itself is a beautiful setting for an indoor everything wedding or go the indoor outdoor route! And having both options be just as beautiful was important to me with early November having a high probability of rain. Setting: Another selling point of this place is the views! You’ve got stunning panorama views of the Ozarks that are sure to wow in any season. Pick your backdrop because the options are limitless when it comes to where your outdoor ceremony will be! The bridal suite: This was one of my MAJOR selling points! It was very important to me to have space for all my girls to be together plus several female family members. The shower being separate from the sink was awesome so that one person didn’t monopolize the bathroom. The other separate room within there came in clutch for privacy for my breastfeeding cousin (and then later to put her daughter down for a nap!) and also for my bridesmaids to lock me in when I needed to finish writing my vows! The room was bright and tall and had amazing natural light and the high up hooks were perfect for all our dresses! The vanities were bright with plenty of plugs and we were not lacking for seating in the room from the dining table and chairs to the vanity seats to the giant curved couch which was perfect for getting ready pictures! Miscellaneous Things Plentywoods Offers To Go Above And Beyond That I Now Realize Very Few Venues Actually Do: Ice machine (need I say more about this?) Rolling bar - put it wherever your vision is and no worries about renting one! Large rolling bar top height coolers - perfect for bottled water and sodas! Arbor options - beautiful handcrafted arbors. Multiple outdoor ceremony options (literally wherever you want to go). Indoor chairs and outdoors chairs. Multiple styles of tables including gorgeous decorative ones for the head table and/or entryway for gifts/guestbook. Plus so much more!!! Im sure I could say much more but I’ll end with you will not be disappointed choosing Plentywoods! TL;DR - Choose Plentywoods for a versatile venue, plenty of amenities, and top notch- Ritz level- care.

The Chapel at Dragonfly Farms

5.0

Dover, AR
  • Up to 200 guests
  • All-inclusive
  • Indoor & outdoor

Originally built by local residents in 1882, The Chapel at Dragonfly Farms, then known as Broomfield Church, has acted as a schoolhouse, place of worship, community center, and private residence. Re-established as a wedding and special events venue, The Chapel now provides a home away from home to the families and friends celebrating together under its original weathered tin roof. Anchoring the rich and luscious Ozark National Forest, nestled in the foothills of the Ozark Mountains, sits Dragonfly Farms and its Chapel. Cozy. Rustic. Magical. Exuding an unassuming quiet strength. Unique. This picturesque venue is surrounded by dreamy views of the nearby mountains, foliage, and wildlife. The enchanting Dragonfly Farms provides an unbeatable backdrop, and it’s not uncommon for wild deer to be seen wandering through the fields and forest as vows are exchanged. The Chapel at Dragonfly Farms is the most captivating venue in the Arkansas River Valley. Charm and elegance love it here.

They made our wedding magical. The staff and venue are outstanding in every way. My wife and I were able to focus on enjoying our wedding because Ben, his mom, and the other staff were so detail oriented. Worth every penny. I would give 100 stars if it had the option, 5 is not enough. If you want an elegant, high quality, beautiful, low-stress wedding, The Chapel at Dragonfly Farms is what you’ve been waiting for. Pictures don’t do it justices go check out the venue in person and you’ll be sold.
