Full Weekend Package

Off-peak pricing $5,900-7,700
The full weekend package consists of the ceremony hall and cantilevered deck overlooking the lake along with the bridal suite, reception hall. as well as the newly constructed reception / banquet hall and guest quarters. Also included is Horsehead Lake Lodge I. Horsehead Lake Lodge I sleeps up to 12 guest with a huge front porch overlooking the lake and mountains. This package accommodates up to 26 guest for the weekend. You basically own the venue for the weekend.

Weekday Destination Package

Peak pricing $5,900-7,900
Off-peak pricing $4,900-6,900
In addition to the full weekend packages we also have a weekday, destination package that includes Monday to Thursday and is identical to the full weekend package for $5900. The full weekend package and the weekday destination package will increase by $1000 in 2025. Other package pricing for 2025 will increase by $500. Part of the price increase is due to additional amenities being added.

Best view in Arkansas
Horsehead Lake Lodge and Event Center was an incredible venue for our wedding. You absolutely can not beat the views here. The fact that you can rent it out all weekend and have your whole wedding party stay on site makes planning and coordination of the wedding so easy (we had 10 guys and 9 girls stay the night along with rented out the 3 waterfall cabins for our family). The sweetheart cabin for after the wedding is a perfect addition to spend the wedding night for the newly weds! From the moment we first reached out, the staff was great at communicating and responding to all of our questions. They were so helpful throughout the entire planning process, and we could not have asked for a better team to work with. The quality of their work and the value they provided was beyond amazing and everything exceeded our expectations. We are so grateful to the team at Horsehead Lake Lodge for helping to make our special day absolutely perfect.

The venue not only provided a beautiful space for the wedding ceremony but also offered ample accommodation for all our families, ensuring everyone could stay together and share in the joyous celebration. My Favorite Venue!
This place is my favorite venue to visit! Not only is the owner the absolute best to work with, but that view is amazing! They make you feel right at home as a vendor, and go out of their way, to help in any way they can. It's our home away from home, and we wouldn't want it any other way!

As a caterer specializing in weddings with over 20 years in the industry, I've had the opportunity to work in many venues. This venue ranks as one of the top venues on our area. Scott, the owner, is very easy to work with and is always onsite to assist in anything that is needed. The venue itself is an amazing destination wedding venue, with clients coming from all areas of the United States!
