Rocky Top Falls is a new picturesque wedding venue situated on a private 10-acre peninsula in Fairfield Bay, AR. Boasting majestic views of Greers Ferry Lake and the Ozark Mountains, this inviting destination welcomes all sorts of nuptial-related gatherings. From intimate events to small-sized weddings. The property will comfortably accommodate up to 75 of your event guests and 14 overnight guests in our 3,500 square foot home. For your ceremony and reception site, an idyllic outdoor area consisting of a lush grassy lawn, towering trees, and stunning lake views is Rocky Top’s specialty offering. These surroundings ensure the backdrop to your wedding is unforgettable. Multiple places throughout the property offer spectacular settings for your various photoshoots, such as the property’s seasonal creek leading to a private two-story waterfall, named Rocky Top Falls. Most areas are wheelchair accessible for you and your guests' total peace of mind.

The 3,500 sqft home has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, new hot tub, fireplace and finished basement. Outside you can enjoy amazing sunrises and sunsets, cozy fire pit and trails. Large event parking.

    Rocky Top Falls was the perfect venue for our wedding day. From the moment we first reached out, their team was responsive, friendly, and incredibly helpful in ensuring all of our needs were met. On the day of the wedding, they made sure we didn’t run into any last minute issues. The venue itself was beautiful, and could not be more peaceful and relaxing. From the beautiful lake view, to the hot tub, we were able to truly relax and soak in the weekend. It was such a relief to be able to enjoy the space the day before and after the wedding as well. I can't recommend Rocky Top Falls enough. If you're looking for an stress-free venue with the best view in the state, this is the place!

    Rocky Top Falls was the perfect venue for our wedding. From the very first interaction, the staff was quick to respond and extremely clear in their communication, which made planning our big day a breeze. The venue itself was absolutely stunning - the views of the waterfall and surrounding nature were jaw-dropping, and the quiet, secluded location provided the peaceful, intimate atmosphere we were looking for. Everything was laid out so well, and the transition from our out-of-town guests arriving to the wedding ceremony and reception was seamless. We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful setting or a more professional and attentive team to bring our vision to life. We highly recommend Rocky Top Falls to any couple looking for a breathtaking venue with top-notch service.
