Since 2010, The Refinery at The Johnstone Sare Building have been involved in some of the most beautiful celebrations in Bartlesville. Our unique venue offers everything needed to create your perfect event. We always make sure to provide our guests with the best services, offering a wide variety of customizable layouts, décor, and design options.

Full Weekend Wedding

Peak pricing $8,800
Your package includes Friday access from 8:00 am to midnight on two 4500 sf floors of the Johnstone-Sare Building to adjust your set up, fully decorate, rehearse and have a leisurely rehearsal dinner together with friends and family. Saturday 8:00 a.m. to midnight to decorate, do hair and makeup and dressing in the bridal suite and have a wedding on one floor of the JSB and your reception on the other, or a two floor reception. Also included is the following day until 12:00 PM to clean up.

- 2 night stay in all 4 of our luxury apartments.
